Fabrication & Erection of Single Decker Trolley (7.5x5.5) feet • The Trolley will be fabricated having provision of Four side M.S Pillar as the leg .The Trolley will be made out of suitable size of M.S Channel of 100 x 50 x 6 mm.Top plate is to be fixed in the trolley with double support mounted of 4 mm thick sheet with welding & smooth finish for a load of 3 MT capacity . Suitable design MS Plate supported by 2 pairs of wheels with bearing on the trolley, moving on track .supports laid in the bottom floor with extension on door side for full discharge . The rail track will be made of MS Bar 02 nos. of size 50 mm x 50 mm with 18 ft. long. • The complete trolley will be painted with two coats of Red –oxide primer and then with two coats of heat resistive Aluminum Paint outside ISI Mark as per relevant both inside & outside .All Mild steel materials shall be of quality as per relevant ISS.
