Supply of Cable: Supply of 3CX185 sq mm Earthed Grade 33 KV HT Cable , Routine & Type test as per IS 7098 part-2. Polycab Brand , 33KV(E) Grade, standard compact circular shaped Aluminium Conductor, conductor screen with extruded semi conducting compound, XLPE insulated, insulating screen with extruded semi conducting compound in cobination with copper tape (0.2KA for 1 sec/core), Cores laid up, Intersheath of PVC tape , single layer GI flat strip armoured and overall PVC sheathed cable confirmaning to IS:7098 (Part #2) 1985 with latest amendments. Name of manufacturer: Polycab, Type of Cable : A2XFY, Voltage Grade 19/33 KV, No of Cores X Size in sq mm - 3C X 185, Aluminium.

Laying of Cable: Laying of HT Cable 33 KV of different sizes upto 185 sqmm in ready trays/trenches/supported on structure/pull through pipes with suitable clamps, supply & fixing of aluminium strip number tags, supply & fixing of GI saddles & saddle bars etc and refilling of trench with sand cushioning and protective cover, including transportation from store/yard/site to place of installation , unpacking, all labour and materials as per specification of tender & direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Supply of Straight Through Jointing Kit: Supply of Earthed 33 KV Grade Shielded heat shrinkable HV straight through jointing kit(Outdoor type ) of Reychem only including cable glands and lugs as per specification of tender and direction of Enginner-in-Charge

Supply of End Termination Kit: Supply of Earthed 33KV Grade shielded heat shrink HV Cable end termination kit (indoor/outdoor type) of make Reychem only including cable glands and lugs as per specification of tender and directions of Engineer-in-Charge

Making of Stright Though Jointing : Making of heat shrinkable straight through cable joint for high voltage application upto 33 KV to obtain suficient length to connect end equipment, withstand thermomechanical stresses under short circuit condition, protect against ingress of moisture and enclose to prevent mechanical damage of termination kit

Making of End Termination: Making of heat shrinkable end termination for high voltage XLPE Cable upto 33 KV to obtain suficient length to connect end equipment, withstand thermomechanical stresses under short circuit condition, protect against ingress of moisture and enclose to prevent mechanical damage of the termination kit.

Dismantling of Cable: Dismantling of old 3 Core, 33 KV Cable XLPE cable from existing cable rack in good condition and stacking the cable as per allowable bending radius for future use.

Stringing of Cable: Stringing of AAAC/ACSR Leopard conductor maintaining the required sag and tension per conductor per span of approx 100 Mtrs on DP structure. The party has to take immediate action incase of conductor snapping, jointing of of conductor or relaying of new conductor with proper sag. Nalco shall supply hardwares to the party as FIM

Stringing of GI Earth Wire: Stringing of GI earth wire maintaining the required sag and tension per span on tower and DP structure (Span length 100 Mtr)

Supply of AB Switch: Supply of 33 KV 3 pole AB Switch 1250A, 33KV gang operated , Horizontal , Single Break pole mounted air insulated Off load with both Electrical & Mechanical interlock operating rod, locking arrangements with locks, arcing horns, as per IE specifications, including supply of clamps & connectors. Make: Siemens/ ABB/ Elpro International as per detailed technical specification attached.

Installation of AB Switch: Installation, testing & commissioning of 1250A, 33KV gang opearted , Horizontal , Double Break pole mounted air insulated AB Switch Bolts & Nuts, fixing of MS Channel supports, including all labour & materials, as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Only Structural steel & AB Switch shall be issued to the party by Nalco as free issue material .

Installation of Insulators: Issue from Owner's store, transporting & installation of 33 KV class Disc/Pin/Post Insulator... All the tools, tackles, consumables, labour required for execution of the job are included in the scope of the contract. The work shall be executed as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Fencing: Supply & Installation of 3 ply barbed wire fencing up to 2.5 Mtr height with RCC post of size 150x150x3000 mm in multiple rows at maximum 2.0 Mtr interval and connecting to nearest earthing ring from two sources with supply 7 using 6/8 SWG GI Wire. All materials required including civil items like cement, sand, chips etc shall be supplied by the party/contractor.

Gate: A wicket gate (1.5 m wide, single leaf) shall be provided as entry to 4-pole yard with support of 100x50x50 mm channel. Bottom of gates shall be approximately 40 mm above ground surface with locking facility from both inside & outside. The gate shall be connected to Earth at two locations with supply and using 6/8 SWG GI wire. All other accessories is in the scope of the contractor. FIM includes Channel, Angle & flat.

Obtaining Statutory CEA Clearance: This includes preparation & submission of all relevant documents to Statutory authorities/CEA , all necessary co-ordination with CEA & obtaining necessary Statutory CEA Clearance

Dismantling of AAAC/ACSR Leopard Conductor and depositing at nalco Mines Stores by Party's own arrangment

Dismantling of Conductor: Dismantling of 7/10 SWG GI Wire & depositing at Nalco store by party's own arrangment

Installation of Lighting Arrestors including connection of jumpers as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. LA shall be issued as Free Issue Material.

Fabrication of bracings: Fabrication of cross bracings of DP structures, cross arm, tower bracing with different sizes of angles and channels and misc fabrication work. All tools and tackles including welding machine , welding generator has to be arranged by the contractor. Nalco shall supply steel as Free Issue Material.

Painting : Cleaning of rust by wire brush & painting of four pole structure for 33KV overhead line with one coat red oxide primers & two coats of aluminium paint including all cross arms & bracings. Bottom 1.5 meters of each pole to be painted with two coats of black paint. Painting of GI perforated fencing is also included in scope of the contractor.

PCC Work: Providing and laying plain concrete cement for all depths below and up to a plinth level in foundations, out door substation floor including tamping, ramming, vibrating, curing, shuttering etc all as specified in any shape, position, thickness, and finishing the top surface rough or smooth as specified and directed, including supply of all materials and all complete for concrete of M-15 grade with 20/40 mm and down size graded crushed stone aggregrates, including all labour & materials, as per approved drawing, specifications of thsi tender and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & laying of Gravel: Supply & laying of 40 mm size gravel in one layer of 100/150 mm thick including dressing of soil surface and laying the aggregate in uniform layer and density, including all labour and materials as per direction of engineer-in-Charge.

New Cable Tray (Supply) Supply of GI Ladder type cable tray without cover of following width nade out of 3.0 mm thick MS sheet duly hot dip galvanized in standard length of 3.0 Mtr having side channel size 100x15x15 mm & inside rung of size 35x15x15 mm duly welded at an interval of 300 mm, including 02 Nos of GI coupler plates of size 70x210x3.0 mm along with 16 Nos M8x20 mm electro galvanized nut, bolt 7 washer. Galvanizing as per IS 269 and 4759, mass coating of zinc 610 grm/meter sq/86 micron average. 450 mm width with bend wherever necessary.

New Cable tray (Erection): Installation of Cable Trays of size 450 mm wide with MS clit and support welded to the structural members. The aprty shall supply all other materials like arrangment of welding machine, welding rods, gas cutter required for cutting and welding along with other materials etc as required for installation & as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Supply & fixing of Caution Board as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Supply & fixing of High Voltage Danger Notice plate 250 mm x 200 mm made of MS 2 mm thick and vitreous enameled white on both sides and with inscription in signal red colour on front side as required & as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Masonry work: Stone masonry work of very good quality with supply of stone, cement and river sand as required for boundary wall to protect ingress of water, mud etc

Dismantling of Single Pole: Dismantling including gas cutting of 02 Nos of single pole rail structure, dismantling of insulators, ACSR conductors, different hardware items, rails etc, and transportation & depositing the same to Nalco's store, with proper acknowledgement.

Dismantling of 33KV AB Switch with all accessories including transportating & depositing at Owner's store as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply of 33 KV Lightning Arrestor: Line Type 36KV, 10KA, (Discharge - Class-3) Station Class Gapless type Metal Oxide station class Surge arrestor comprising of Metal Oxide elements housed in FRP Cage Duly Mounted with Silicon polymer housing to be used on a nominal system volatge of 33KV & maximum system Voltage of 36 KV with an MCOV of 30.6 KV(RMS) without insulating base and surge monitor with terminal connector suitable to single ACSR conductor and a creepage distance of 31MM/KV.
