Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Heat Resistant Terrace Tiles (300 mm x 300 mm x 10 mm) with SRI (solar refractive index) > 78, solar reflection > 0.70 and initial emittance > 0.75 on waterproof and sloped surface of terrace, laid on 20 mm thick cement sand mortar in the ratio of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and grouting the joints with mix of white cement & marble powder in ratio of 1:1, including rubbing and polishing of the surface upto 3 cuts complete, including providing skirting upto 150 mm height along the parapet walls in the same manner complete all as specified and directed

Taking down rolling shutter any type including top covers complete of sizes of Shutter area upto 30 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing Steel rolling shutters, Thickness of Lath 1.00mm with out ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple erected in position as indicated complete: push pull or manual type, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supplied and fixed Steel rolling shutters, Thickness of laths in 1. mm with out ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple erected in position as indicated, gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described exe 10cm in width or girth & applying with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair aluminium ( die cast body )door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No. 2, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 701 to 850 mm in width and of weight between 36 to 60 kg and, ISI mark complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair Aluminium(die cast body) Door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No. 3 universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 kg and fixed, ISI mark complete all as specified and directed.
