Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exceeding 400 sqm, exceeding 50mm but not exceeding 100mm deep including removing the materials to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and stacking, complete all as specified and directed.

Hardcore of broken stone boulders guage exc 63mm but n exc. 100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

75 mm thick, Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in sub base for laying floor finishes including finishing the surfaces even and rough , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Sand cushioning under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

Machine pressed rubber moulded / vibro mechenically floated pre cast interlocking cement paver block conforming to IS, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 100mm thickness, M-50 Grade, with topping of cement with imported pigment. Providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in kerbs stone, (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed. (Size of kerb stone : 300x450x300mm or 300x300x100mm as decided by Engr-in-Charge)

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and in paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), and Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) copings and similar items including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. including necessary formwork, complete with joints to match, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 sq m on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating over area, not exceeding 1.5 m depth; for foundation, etc. and getting out in hard and dense soil as specified in clause 3.2.1(b) of SSR Part-I, complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation, sub base etc. , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in floor and side wall of drain in middle of road including necessary form work requier, complete with joints to match and fixed in cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified and as directed.

TMT mild steel bars, 10mm dia and over, as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed not less than 0.9mm dia) , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or gorged into spikes, framed guard bar, barred iron doors; ladder, framed balusters; railing; frame work for water tanks, cooler stand etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note :The quoted unit rate of items shall include the follownig :- (a) Since the existing road is having traffic in day time, due precaution & care including all preventive measures like barricading /reflector, manual control of traffic, sign board etc needs to be taken, to avoid disruption in movement of vehicles & any accident. (b) Tenderer shall be responsible for liaison and getting needful clearance for all concerned authorities in consultation with GE/Engr-in-Charge before commencement of work and work once commenced shall be continuously progressed till satisfactory completion. (c) The work lies in civil population area. To avoid disdisruption in trafic and movement of vehicle/ habitants on side of road the contractor shall arrange to execute the work accordingly during day/night/ off hours as the approval of Garrision Engineer to avoid inconveience during day hours.

Note : contd... (d) Tenderer shall take all precaution to avoid any damage/ loss to existing property/services and in case of any damage temperance shall intimate concern department & GE / Engr-in-Charge apart from taking needful repair/rectification work to their entire satisfaction to avoid any delay in progress of work due any legal complication.
