Scarifying, including picking up scarified Material and stacking of old serviceable Material within a lead of 1000 meter [MoRTH Specification: Clause 202 & 305.4.3]. Top bituminous surface of surface dressing or SDBC or premix carpet with all lift and lead upto 1000m for reusable Materials.

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved Material obtained from borrow-pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to require slope and compacted by vibratory roller 8-10 tonne to meet requirement of Table 300-2 as per MoRTH specification : Clause No. 305.

Earthwork in excavation for roadway in soil, including stacking / disposal of surplus Material exclusive of compensation of earth (MoRTH specification : clause 301 to 305). By Hydraulic Excavator CK-90 of 0.9 cum bucket capacity and tipper with disposal upto 1000 mtrs.

Compaction of original ground with maximum of six passes of 8-10 tonnes power roller including filling depression occurring during rolling (MoRTH specification : clause 305.3.4)

Providing, laying and spreading and compacting specified graded crushed stone in sub-base course including premixing the Material at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug mill), carriage of mixed Material, laying in uniform layers with Motor Grader, F.E. Loader, on a prepared surface and compacting with Vibratory Compactor to achieve the desired density including all Material, labour, machinery, lighting barricading and maintenance of Driversion complete. (MoRTH specification clause 401). with all lead & lift

Providing, laying and spreading of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded Material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MoRTH Specification : clause No. 401. Grading-III

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting crushed graded stone aggregate as per Table 400-10 & 400.11 to Wet Mix Macadam specifications including premixing the Material with water to OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug mill) as per design mix, carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers, with motor grader/F.E. loader/Paver Finisher, in sub-base/base course on a well prepared under-base and compacting with Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density including lighting, guarding, barricading and maintenance of Driversion etc. (MoRTH specification : Clause 406). with all lead & lift

Providing and applying primer coat over prepared surface of granular base with bitumen emulsion as per IS:8887 & manufacturer’s specifications @7.50 kg/10 sqm with a self propelled or towed bitumen pressure sprayer equipped for spraying the Material uniformly at specified rates and temperatures (including cleaning of road surface) as per MoRTH specification : Cl. 502, 112

Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared surface, with bitumen emulsion as per IS:8887 & manufacturer’s specifications @0.275 kg/sqm with a self propelled or towed bitumen pressure sprayer equipped for spraying the Material uniformly at specified rates and temperatures (including cleaning of road surface) as per MoRTH specification Cl. 502, 112.

Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared surface, with bitumen emulsion as per IS:8887 & manufacturer’s specifications @0.225 kg/sqm with a self propelled or towed bitumen pressure sprayer equipped for spraying the Material uniformly at specified rates and temperatures (including cleaning of road surface) as per MoRTH specification Cl. 502, 112.
