SWA-Power Supply Arrangements

Supply and fixing of cable route indicator, cast iron plate type

Excavation of trench in all kinds of soil including refilling as per specification

Excavation of Cable trench across the concrete flooring / road / track as per specification

Laying/Drawing and testing of LTUG power cable of up to and including 50 sqmm size complete with required tools & accessories.

Supply and termination and connection of LTUG cable of sizes of up to and including 5 50 sqmm size with single flange type brass cable gland aluminium tube terminal type crimping sockets.Note: One termination comprises of one number of single flange type brass cable gland and with four numbers of aluminium crimping sockets for all cores of the cable.

Supply and provision of sealing compound for cable leading pipe for leading of power cables of upto and including 50sqmm size.

Clamping of LTUG cable on the wall /structure / with painted MS clamps of suitable size with fixing hard wares. (Only cable will be supplied by Railways).

Supply and fixing of medium duty GI pipe of 50 mm dia, conforming to IS.1239,part 1 (2004) ,for cable leading/Protection

Supply and laying of 6 SWG GI wire

Supply, erection ,Testing & commissioning of 6 Way Double Door SPN DB consisting of 20/25 A,10kA, 30mA, 2P RCBO -1 No for incoming and 1P, 6/10/16/20/25/32 A, 10kA, 230V, 50Hz, MCB-4 Nos for outgoing . Cost including RCBO and MCBs etc.
