Providing and laying factory made Precast concrete solid blocks of 200 mm thickness of grade M10 made of C&D waste from approved manufacturer in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level a)Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Taking out existing kerb stones of all types from footpath/ central verge, including removal of mortar etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : a)1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Laying at or near ground level old kerb stones of all types in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints, except at sharp curve, shall not be more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required etc. complete as per direction of Engineer -in-charge. (Length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Old kerb stones shall be supplied by the department free of cost).

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

12 mm cement plaster of mix : a)1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : a)1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Cutting bajri paths and making good the same including supply of extra quantities of brick aggregate, moorum and red bajri required.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : a)New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : a)1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : a) Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. a)All kinds of soil.

Making bajri path including preparation of sub grade, supplying and laying brick aggregate of 50mm nominal size 7.5 cm deep with binding material consisting of 12 mm moorum and 12 mm red bajri consolidated with road roller.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : a) Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Modified Estimated Cost for item no. 1 to 69 after using Correction factor on DSR 2023 on account of GST@ 0.973 i.e. Rs. 1858825.14 (total estimated cost is to be reduced by 2.7% accordingly)

Add Cost Index @3% on all DSR items

Note :- Name of parks (where work is to be carried out) 1. Sector-11, park Near Sports Complex. 2. Main green land at sec 19B Dwk (Peer Wala Park). 3. Waterbody Shahbad Mohammedpur at Sec. 8, Dwarka. 4. Green area at Sec. 20 Dwarka. Special Conditions: 1. Agency is requested to inspect the parks & locations of the parks before submitting the bids. 2. Agency shall have to carry out the works in all the parks/greens/site simultaneously from next day of the award of work. 3. Agency shall have to submit the work plan on the next day of the award of the work for each park/green/site w.r.t completing the works well within the stipulated date of time.
