Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains , including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 4 metre, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within CSIO. All kinds of soil.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead within CSIO and lift upto 4 m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level all depth :1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources). Design of foundation be got done by Contractor.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources). Design of RCC wall to be supplied by contractor before execution & approved by Engg in charge. Including P/f in position PVC water stop confirm to IS 12200 for construction expansion joints between the RCC members & fixed to reinforcement with binding wire before pouring concrete serrated with central bulb (225 mm wide 8 - 11 mm thick) (All work is batch mix plant concrete)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth leve Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. RINL/SAIL/Jindal or equivalent make.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat and two coat of enamel paint of approved Asian/Nerolac steel primer all complete. Appolo/SAIL or equivalent make.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 12.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

15 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete paver block of approved shape and colour of M -30 grade made of C&D waste by block making machine with vibratory compaction laid in required pattern and including over 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
