Fabrication & Supply of domino type operating cum indication panel for way side station of Minimum 12 x 7 exchangeable units of size 54 x 34 mm (Siemens panel size) and cover plates with Tag Blocks / terminals, wires, angle irons etc. depicting the yard layout with signals, 12 points, track circuits, operating / emergency push buttons, counters, SM's key housed in a steel metal cabinet as per approved panel diagram and RDSO spec. no. RDSO/SPN/186/2004 or latest. This also includes supply and fixing acrylic sheet on panel. LEDs (24VDC) to be provided as per direction of Engineer. Panel shall be supplied with complete soldering. Supply fixing and wiring of Fuse Auto Changeover System (FACS main system) as per RDSO/SPN/209/2012 Rev. 2.0 with latest amendments. One automatic changeover unit comprise 32 nos of external Non Deteriorating Type or 'G' type fuses of various Ampere Rating, working voltage- 14 24 VDC which are in signalling circuits. System shall have 8 cards with monitoring arrangement of 4 fuses in one card. Installation , wiring, Testing and commissioning of Fuse Alarm System,it consists of fixing of modules of fuse alarm system on existing relay rack, wiring from existing fuses to modules, soldering, lacing etc. working to be executed without affecting the functioning of the existing Circuits/Gears and the work shall be supplied by the contractor. Fabrication, supply and fixing of relay racks of size 2200mmx690mm (as per approved Drg. No. NR/S&T/CON/4-3/97A) made of angle iron size 45mmx45mmx6mm alongwith outer frame made of angle iron size 65mmx65mmx8mm, fitted with M.S. squares bars duly 15 galvanised, descriptions strips to accommodate Plug-in-type relays/groups/Point contractor units/ECRs/HMUs. All fixing material like antilting device, hylam sheets if required, bolts & nuts, washers, insulators, shoe, angle irons, flats, L-bolts, Catenary wires and cement concrete etc. will be supplied by the contractor. This includes cleaning, priming by red oxide, painting & description etc. with ISI mark paints. Inspection by Site Engineer.

Fabrication, supply and fixing of cable termination board of size 2200 mm x 900 mm as per Drg. No. NR/S&T/CON/4-1/97A made of angel iron size 40 mm x 40 mm x 5 mm alongwith outer frame made of angle iron size 65mmx65mmx8mm duly fitted with Bakelite sheet (HYLAM MAKE or similar ) of size 6mm thick. This also includes fixing of ARA terminals/strips/Wago 16 connectors & fuse bases etc. Supply and fixing of hard wood of size 70cmx25cmx4cm in the back at bottom for jamming of armour of cables, each cable in the hole drilled separately for each cable through the salwood plank and all cable entry points on location boxes, location huts, JBs relay room/battery room to be closed with suitable masonry Works covered with sand and plastering. All the fixing materials like bolts, nuts, washers, Insulators, shoe, angle irons, flats, Lbolts, Catenary wires & cement concretes etc. will be supplied by the contractor. Casting, concreting and curing of foundation for main signal of size 2 (1041mmx1041mm)at bottom and (711mmx711mm) at top and 1750mm deep as per approved Drg. no. NR/S&T/CON/2.1/97 all material such as anchor bolts, cement, coarse sand aggregate to be supplied by contractor. Inspection: Site Engineer.

Fixing of CLS surface base, bolting on the foundation. Erection of CLS post with signal unit on the top or on an off-set bracket and fitting ladder and guard to the post at the top. Concreting ladder base and embedded into the ground with supporting bracket in the middle, blanking of the ladder for a distance of 1 feet between the height 6' 9" and 7' 9" from the rail level by MS angle and MS sheet 6mm thick wherever required. This includes provision of wooden (SAL) cross arm 1 mtr x 1 mtr for CLS unit prior to the commissioning, fixing of LED aspect, current 3 regulator and hoods of CLS unit, terminating cables, wiring the CLS unit and focusing the signal. Elevation & distance of foundation from track shall be in accordance with schedule of dimension for Indian Railways and as per NR practice. All items for the above Works except Signal unit, LED signal, Signal post, Base and Ladder shall be supplied by the contractor including but not limited to the following: i) "U" bolt for offset brackets, ii) Wooden cross arm 1 mtr. x 1 mtr., iii) MS angle and MS sheet for blanking of ladder, iv) Supply and fixing of signal number plate (retro reflective) with complete fittings as per standerd railway practice. v) Wire mesh guard, lock for unit if required, nuts, bolts etc. for the following: (a) Installation, erection, wiring of 2 aspect color light signal. All items for the above Works except Signal unit, LED signal, Signal post, Base and Ladder shall be supplied by the contractor including but not limited to the following: i) "U" bolt for offset brackets, ii) Wooden cross arm 1 mtr. x 1 mtr., iii) MS angle and MS sheet for blanking of ladder, iv) Supply and fixing of signal number plate (retro reflective) with complete fittings as per standerd railway practice. v) Wire mesh guard, lock for unit if required, nuts, bolts etc for the following: (a) Installation, erection, wiring of 3/4 aspect color light signal. N Inspection: Site Engineer

Casting, concreting and curing of foundation and erection of App. Cases (Single) as 5 per drg. No.NR/S&T/CON/2.7/97. All materials such as cement,sand, aggregate and anchor bolts shall be supplied by the contractor. App. Case single will be supplied by railways. Contractor is required to execute all type of repair works of foundations if required during inserting the cable for termination.(Inspection: Site Engineer)

Preparation & fixing of Bakelite hylum sheet 910x 800 x 6mm and teakwood shelf 900mm x 450mm x 25mm duly fixed by angle iron piece of different size inside all the app. Cases. Hylum board shall be fixed on an angle iron frame of 25mmx 25mm x 3mm. Angle iron frame will be fixed in location boxes secured by nuts & bolts. Fixing of fuses, ARA terminal shelf type 'Q' series relays and other type relays onsquare bars fixing and jamming of cables with 2 inch thick salwood plank provided at the bottom.This will include opening, pasting and jamming armour of each cable in 6 the hole drilled separately for each cable through the salwood plank & all cable entry points on location boxes, location huts, JB's relay room/battery room to be closed with suitable masonry works covered with sand and plastering. Description for terminal drawing of circuits, inside app. Case. Painting from out side as well inside with red oxide and aluminum paint is covered separately. Size of lettering will be 100 mm or as per instructions of Engineer at site. All materials including hard wood shelf, hylum board, salwood plank, angle iron square bar, wire and wiring material as per the IRS specn., non-deteriorating type HRC fuses, bases, nuts and bolts and other items shall be supplied by the contractor. Relays, ARA terminals only shall be supplied by the railways. Preparation of App. Case single involving wiring of relays. (Inspection: Site Engineer)

Hylum board shall be fixed on an angle iron frame of25mm/25mm/3mm.Angle iron frame will be fixed in location box secured by nuts & bolts.(ii) Fixing of fuse ARA terminal, shelf type Q series relays and othertype of relays on square bars, fixing and jamming of cable with 2 inch thick salwood plank 8 provided at the bottom. This will include opening, twisting and jamming armour of each cable in the hole drilled separately for each cable through the salwood plank and of cable entry points on location boxes, location nuts JB's relays room battery/room to be closed with suitable masonry work covered with sand & plastering. (iii) Wiring description for terminal,drawing of circuits inside app. Case. Painting from outside as well inside with RED oxide aluminum paint is covered separately. Size of lettering as per instructions of Engr. at site. (iv )All material including teak wood shelf, hylum board, salwood plank, angle iron square bar, wire and wiring material as per the IRS spec. Non deteriorating type HRC fuses and bases nuts and bolts and other items shall be supply by the contractor. Relays, ARA terminals only shall be supplied by the Railways. (Inspection: Site Engineer)

Earth work around location boxes, signals and other signaling structures etc. wherever necessary including 50 m lead and 1.5 m lift by excavation. The lead be measured from 9 the center of gravity of excavation to the center of filling and the lift, from means ground level. The earth shall be rammed including breaking of clods, levelling and dressing. The earth work around the location/junction boxes shall be up to the plaster level and for width sufficient for the maintainer to attend the box both from front & back side. (Inspection: Site Engineer)

Concreting unscheduled items in concrete of 1:3:6 ratio in cement, coarse sand and 10 aggregate 25mm at different places in the yard and plastering top in fine plaster of 1:4 cement, sand ratio. It also includes excavation of earth as required at site and as per instruction of site engineer. The volume in cubic meters shall include the volume occupied by any CI foundation, trestle, MS angle or flat or GI pipe required to be embedded in the casting. cement, coarse sand and aggregate 25mm are to be supplied by the contractor. (Inspection: Site Engineer)

Wiring of relays in relay room/relay huts as per approved wiring diagrams. All material required including indoor cables and wires of 1x1,1x0.6, 3/0.29, 16/0.2,40x0.6, 40x1, 60x0.6,60x1 dia. of copper conductor as per NR practice conforming to IRS specifications, resistance and condensers are to be supplied by the contractor. This also includes wiring from CT rack to tag 11 block, tag block to relays & wiring off use etc. required in connection with relay room /relay hut wiring and soldering, dressing, bunching, lacing, fixing of relay bases etc. and provision of LED indication of vital relays in relay room and provision of potential free contacts for relays on tag block for data logger as per instruction of site Engineer. This also includes dressing, bunching, lacing and fixing of relay bases. Indoor cable/wires shall be as per Spec. No. IRS-S76/89 (Amd. 3 or latest). (Inspection: Site Engineer)

Excavating and refilling of trench in Normal Soil to the level of ground with rammed earth as per drg. No. NR/S&T/CON/1.1/97-A (attached with tender) so as not to form a drain 0.3 Mtrs. 12 Wide & 1 Mtr. Deep on both side of the station along side the track. It shall conform to the safe distance as per signalling and cable plan. It also includes clearance of routes of trees & bushes. Lesser depth due to site conditions shall be paid proportionately after obtaining prior approval from not below than JAG officer.(Inspection: Site Engineer)

Excavating and refilling of trench in Rocky soil to the level of ground with rammed earth as per approved Drg. No.NR/S&T/CON/1-1/97-A1 so as not to form a drain 0.3 Mtrs. Wide & 0.5 13 Mtr. Deep on both side of the station alongside the track .This includes 50 mm thick concreting work through out in 1:3:6 ratio. All concreting material to be supplied by the contractor. It shall conform to the safe distance as per signalling and cable plan It also includes clearance of routes of trees & bushes.

Excavating and refilling of trench 0.3 Mtr. Wide and 0.8 Mtr. Deep on 14 pitched/Stone/bricks paved surface, road crossing/platform etc. and restoring the surface to its original conditions. Lesser depth of the trench is to be paid proportionately. (Inspection: Engg representative)

Laying of signaling/telecom/power cables by unwinding cables from drums of 15 different sizes as per drg.no. NR/S&T/CON/1.1/97and as per cable route plan approved by the railways. Meggering of cable before and after its laying of all types of cables. Meggering to be done for each drum separately. Meggering sheets to be supplied and filled up by contractor and submitted to Railways.(Inspection: Site engineer)

Installation of KLCR & its box in location boxes/gate lodges, supply & installation of 16 heavy duty push button, LED indicator on MS sheet of 4.5 mm thick inside location box/gate lodges for crank handle locking. The work includes fixing & wiring of magneto telephones, wiring of relays, push buttons and termination of tail cable as per instruction of site engineer. All material except KLCR & its box and magneto telephone is to be supplied by the contractor. (Inspection:Site Engineer)

Bricks work with well burnt bricks in foundation and plinths with cement and sand mixture of 1:4 ratio. All material is to be supplied by the contractor. (Inspection: Site Engineer) 1826852.9

Modification/Alteration in interface circuit, application logic, VDU software and wiring, 18 installation, testing (including FAT,SAT) and commissioning of existing Electronic Interlocking System (Make: M/s KYOSAN) for interlocking of manned L.C. GatesThis includes all related wiring, relays, card and any other accessories if required for this alteration and modification work of EI at CHNR Station. Required alteration sheets of Drawing and circuits for EI -06 set. (Modification work will be executed as per approved SIP)

Cleaning , Scrapping , Painting and lettering of all newly installed and existing gears 19 by the contractor for existing new level crossing Gates. This includes supply of all painting materials and marking of all the ckt particulars near terminal board/ in apparatus case/ jn. boxes and fuse nos, relay and equipments nomenclatures as per approved terminal chart and provisions of SEM.

Dismantelling of lifting barrier/ gate leaves complete set along with winch, wire rope, boom locking arrangement , all dismantled material to be transported and stacked in the store SSB depot or SSE/Sig/store or any other of northern railways as per consignee. Note:- before dismantling joint survey is to be done with the site engr. and report to be submitted to the site engr. (1 job= 1 LC).

Loading, Leading & unloading of materials from store to another store outside of division as per instruction of consignee. All the material to be transported carefully without damage. Contractor have to do proper stacking of material and prepare list of material.
