Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m including Labour cess.

Construction of embankment/Patri with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts (Distance 5 km) and all leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2. (Ref. to Mort&H Specification No.305) (including cost of all material, labour, T&P, royality, labourcess etc complete but excluding GST).

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. (including cost of all material, labour, T&P, royality, labourcess etc complete but excluding GST).

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density (including cost of all material, labour, T&P, royality, labourcess etc complete but excluding GST).

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.7 kg/sqm using mechanical means (including cost of all material, labour, T&P, royality, labourcess etc complete but excluding GST).

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom (including cost of all material, labour, T&P, royality, labourcess etc complete but excluding GST).

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects (including cost of all material, labour, T&P, royality, labourcess etc complete but excluding GST).

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom (including cost of all material, labour, T&P, royality, labourcess etc complete but excluding GST).

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects(including cost of all material, labour, T&P, royality, labourcess etc complete but excluding GST).

Concrete with 4 cm. gauge brick ballast, Fine sand of1.25 F.M. and cement, in proportion of 12:6:1 in foundations and under floors, including supply of allmaterials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. As per SI No 273 (including cost of all material, labour, T&P, royality, labourcess etc complete but excluding GST).

Cement Concrete with 2 cm gauge approved stone grit, coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 6:3:1 including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work As per SI No 279(b) (including cost of all material, labour, T&P, royality, labourcess etc complete but excluding GST).

M-150 Brick Work in 1:4 One cement & four Corse sand) mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work As per SI No 305 (a) (including cost of all material, labour, T&P, royality, labourcess etc complete but excluding GST).

Cement Concrete with 2 cm gauge approved stone grit, coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work (SI.No. 279a)(including cost of all material, labour, T&P, royality, labourcess etc complete but excluding GST).

Struck pointing with cement mortar consisting of 1 part cement and 2 parts of fine sand of 1.25 Fineness modulus.As per SI No 574 (including cost of all material, labour, T&P, royality, labourcess etc complete but excluding GST).

12 mm thick plaster with cement and fine sand of 1.25 fineness modules in 1:3 over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 1cm. including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work (SI.No. 582a). (including cost of all material, labour, T&P, royality, labourcess etc complete but excluding GST).

R.C.C. Work with cement, approved coarse sand & 2 cm gauge approved stone grit in proportions of 1:1.5:3 for slabs excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending, but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire. The rate excludes making of drip course which shall be paid extra As per SI No 284 (a) (including cost of all material, labour, T&P, royality, labourcess etc complete but excluding GST).

M.S. (tor steel or plain) in Plain work such as R.C.C. or R.B. work including bending for proper shape andincluding supply of steel & its wastage, bend, hooks, andauthorised overlapping shall be measured and includingcost of binding wire. As per SI No 504 (including cost of all material, labour, T&P, royality, labourcess etc complete but excluding GST) as per SAIL.
