Dismantling of ACSR conductors complete of any size and type from exisiting site all as directed by Engr -in- Charge.

M&L for ACSR conductor any size drawn straight horizontal on over head lines on existing poles including binding with insulators. Weight of conductor shall be measured straight horizontal distance between centre of two adjacent poles and calculating weight of conductor of size and length by adding 3% extra for sag, jointing jumpers,etc complete all as specified.

Dismantling of insulator complete of any size and type from exisiting site all as directed by Engr -in- Charge.

M&L for Shackle Type, Porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including galvanised mild steel straps, washers insulator bolts, washers and nuts of height 100 mm, max dia 115 mm,section of straps 31x5 mm,dia of bolts 14 mm all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Pin insulator porcelain white, brown or green 100 mm height, 65 mm dia for 1100 volts grade complete all as specified.

Dismantling cross-arms of M.S Channel or angle sections etc complete of any size and type from exisiting site all as directed by Engr -in- Charge.

M&L for cross arms bracing supports clamps, back plates fabricated from steel section made out of Fe-0-310/ Fe-0-410 incuding nuts,bolts and washers welding,drilling hole complete with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified.

Dismantling of stay assembly complete of any size and type from exisiting site all as directed by Engr -in- Charge.

M&L for stay assembly complete with stay plate bow, stay rod of dia 16mm and gavanised iron stay wire stranded of size 7/4mm and accessories as shown in electric plate No 1 of SSR part-I (loop type insulator, stay clamps, excavation and concrete shall be measured separately) complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for replacement of LT PVC Separator and Spacer Sparell with all accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Make : As per Sample ISI Marked.

M&L for Painting to exposed surfaces of LT Steel tubular pole with one coat of synthetic enamel paint up to 1 mtr height from ground level with 3 strip of yellow colour synthetic enamel paint and two strip of white synthetic paint (as per the existing colour), including preparation of old painted surface,Complete all as specified and directed by engr-in charge.

Taking Down old unserviceable GI Earthing with complete accessories complete all as specified and directed By Engr-In-Charge.

M&L in replacement for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm X 60 cm X 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to and inclduing GI Strip 32X6 mm as earthing lead, by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of MES SSR Part I and testing on completion including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, MS frame and cover 6 mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM (weight not less than 4 Kg per Sqm) with cast iron frame, funnel with wire mesh, GI watering pipe 20mm dia medium grade and lugs complete all as specified and directed Note- (i) earth resistance not more than 1.0 OHMS.Writing of details on the surface of the pit with paint. (ii) In case earth resistance more than 1.0 ohms, the contractor will re earthing at no extra cost. (iii) On testing, if the earth resistance less than specified is not obtained, earthing will be regenerated at NO EXTRA COST till the desired earth resistance is obtained.
