Demolition of PCC block masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth, for foundation etc., or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes, for foundation of poles, stays, struts or for laying cables/pipes etc., not exc. 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc. 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each as in soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hardcore using broken stone or boulders of gauge exceeding 63 mm but not exceeding 100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) Quality 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for structural steel grade E-250 (Fe-410W Quality A) conforming to IS:2062 as in plate girder or single stanchions, built up of one beam or channel section with flange plates, caps, bases. splices, angle brackets, cleats and other connections complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for stainless steel hollow sections circular/square/rectangular in shape and any size and thickness, grade AISI-316 type (Austenitic anti-corrosive in nature) as in railings/grills/designer work including post top cap, bottom plate, cutting, bending, seamless welding and fixed in any location complete all as specified and as directed.

Penetration and laps in sheet shall be sealed by using proper sealant profile. HDPE fillers shall be provided wherever required to close voids between sheets, sheet & fasteners etc., as per SSR Part-I 2009 complete.

S&F aluminum flat iron wind ties of any size and thickness fixed with self tapping screws for fixing roofing sheets complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES: The self tapping screw shall be of adequate length to drive into complete thickness of purlin/rafter etc., and shall be fixed using neoprene and EPDM washers.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in base of floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand (river sand) filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, glossy finished, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 grade, made of grey cement and pigments, any pattern, laid in floors, laid dry including finishing the edges/ borders of floor with CM(1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, as in floors etc, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, for work on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc., including 10mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 16 to 18mm thick granite work (of any type and shade as approved) table rubbed and polished as in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms, wash basin counters and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite laid over and including 15mm thick cement mortar (1:4) bedding and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and mirror polishing, rounding (chamfering) the edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling with size of grid 605mm x 605mm all as specified in SSR Part-I 2009, hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat iron 40x3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long including cutting, drilling, jointing etc., 6mm thick non-asbestos fibre cement building design boards fixed or laid/ inserted to aluminium frame work with screws and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in two coats 5mm thick in CM (1:4) mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement over 10mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete, surfaces finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of first quality over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of external walls of any description and applying two coats of weather proof antifungal (exterior grade) acrylic emulsion over a coat of primer from the same manufacturer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls of any description and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls by complete removal of existing treatment by scraping, washing, cleaning etc., and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion, acrylic type over a coat of alkali resistant primer after filling the cracks and levelling the undulations if any with cement putty complete all as specified and as directed.

NOTES: (i) Supply only floor spring, glass, Imax hinges, SS friction hinges, particle board, aluminium fly proof mesh will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this BOQ. (ii) Weight of aluminium section only shall be accounted for the purpose of payment. However unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for cost of rubber beading, neoprene packing, fittings such as handles, butt hinges, tower bolts, rollers for sliding windows, locking arrangement and fixing only of panel inserts of glass/ particle board/aluminium fly proof mesh etc. (iii) Weight of aluminium handle, butt hinges, tower bolts shall not be accounted for payment purpose.
