M & L cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as directed.

Rolling of formation surface with power roller 8 tonne to 12 tonne complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base Course (GSB) grading as per Grade V as specified Table 400-1 of MORTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013, in a single layer over compacted subgrade with natura sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag or combination thereof as per the grading required The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and leveling on the subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity, and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-1 00 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of atleast 98% of the Maximum Dry Density. Consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed with finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MORTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013. 30002 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Providing and Laying Dry lean Concrete (DLC) 100 mm thick of aggregate gradation as per Table 1 of SP 49:2014 having 7 day average compressive strength not less than 7 MPa Minimum cement content not less than 140 Kg/Cum DLC mixed in Batching Plant, transported to site and laid by electron ic sensor paver including spreading and compacting usign high amplitude tamping bars paver (initial compaction) further by double drum smooth wheeled vibratory rollers with 80-100 KN static weight to achieve minimum dry density not less than 98% of maximum Dry Density, necessary finishing etc complete all as specified and tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge work 2013 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Pavement quality concrete (PQC) of minimum 28 days field Flexural strength of 45Kg/ Sqcm or 4 .5 Mpa, aggregate gradation as per Table 3 of IRC 15 2017, coarse aggregate of clean , hard strong, dense non-porous and durable pieces of crushed stone o gravel, fine aggregates of clean natural sand o crushed stone sand or combination of both using minimum 360 kg/cum of cement with non -circular virgin synthetic fibre of 12-18 mm length, specific gravity 1.34 to 1 .39, UV stable, alkali resistant, with equivalent dia 15-40 micron, minimum melting temperature as 240 °C and minimum tensile strength of 300 Mpa and at the rate as specified by the manufacturer. PQC laid, spread and compacted with slip-form paver of minimum 7 .50 m width , including curing and tining by Texturing cum Curing Machine complete all as specified and directed. Required surface texturing to be done as specified in Clause -10.1.14 and Tabl~ 9 of IRC' 15-2017 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, and precast concrete articles, staking serviceable material and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) incl staking serviceable material and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Precast cement concrete type C1(1:3:6) block masonary with solid blocks exc 10cm in width & setting in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone agg) as in foundation, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns etc, basement slabs under reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides of flat concrete foundations, footings, based of columns, rafts and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work vertical or to batter fair finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Reinforced cement concrete nominal mix (1:2:4) type B1 ( using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions etc Square/ Rectangular, rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire (anealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for in stirrups, spaces and binders and incl mild steel wire (anealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) including finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type ) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) over 12 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing of 4mm ACP sheet fixing (Cross bond, uro bond or equivalent) with and including 48mm x 24mm x 2mm thick box aluminium section with support of L angle 25mm x25mm, spacer tape, masking tape, wetherproof silicon sealant 789/waker/loctite, and all other necessary hardwares complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructionsretroreflective reflectors on both sides including fixing with fixing arrangements as per manufacturer's instructions completed all as directed and specified all as per IRC 35-2015 and spacing shall be as per IRC 79-2015.

supplying and fixing of polycarbonate 800mm dia road side safety convex mirror, outdoor type, 130-160 degree view, 50mtr supported by 50mm dia, 2mm thick MS pipe, and unbreakable frame all as per relevant IS code and as approved including excavation, PCC (1:3:6) in foundation, curing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply in installation of plastic road safety barriers movable, interlocking type of size 1000x500x800mm of aprroved colour and make complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing concrete surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.
