Disconnecting DG set 200/225 KVA from main line opening the DG set engine by the help of tool and plants and taking out all the components i.e. cylinder head, piston assembly, cylinder, connecting rod assembly bearing and other part, cleaning, checking and carryout repair/replacement of unserviceable /worn out parts, cleaning the chamber filling of lub.engine oil, reassembling all the parts, commissioning and testing on full load all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Make:- Cummins Note – New parts & engine oil replaced will be measured & paid separately as mentioned in respecive srl below of this schedule.

Taking out unserviceable FIP from DG set and transportation to civil workshop for overhauling, calibration and replacement of worn out parts such as plunger, element, delivery valve, gear, oil seal, roller pin, spring rotor assembly etc including complete testing all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge for following capacity of DG Set :-

DG set 15 KVA to 30 KVA

DG set 50 KVA to 125 KVA

Taking out choked injection nozzle from the engine assembly and transportation to civil workshop for overhauling and reassembling after calibration of nozzle on admissible pressure, and replacement unserviceable parts such as injector element, kit injector, retainer injector cup and connected itmes, refixing in position, fixing Tappit cover packing set and adjustment by dial gauge complete with satisfaction as directed for following DG set :-

S&F Engine Monitoring System (ESM) alongwith meter for pressure, fuel, RPM etc, with all electrical instruments and accessories including taking down unserviceable SU with testing complete all as specified and directed

Taking down unserviceable governer hydraulic system from DG set and transportation to civil workshop for repair/overhauling complete with the help of lathe machine and cleaning complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge for capacity of DG set 200 KVA to 225 KVA

Taking out Turbo charger assembly from the DG set and transportation to civil workshop for repair and overhauling with replacement of unsv. Turbo Kit and Turbo Core complete refixing to DG and testing air pressure all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge for following capacity :-

DG set 200 KVA to 225 KVA

Supply and fixing in replacement of solenoid switch for 7.5 to 30 KVA DG set complete with connection and testing on load all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of solenoid switch for 40 to125 KVA DG set complete with connection and testing on load all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of solenoid switch for 200 to 320 KVA DG set complete with connection and testing on load all as specified and directed.

M&L for servicing/maint of DG set of following capacity complete with replacement of old lub oil, fuel filter, lub oil filter, air filter cleaning of oil tank,draining out complete engine oil from the sump and filling fresh oil as required and also checking starting system ,dynamo, metering devices etc including testing the DG Set for satisfactory performance and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. ( Note :- Replacement of unserviceable parts and Lubricating. oil shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this schedule)

Taking down brunt unserviceable Automatic Voltage Regulator assy from alternator of DG set by disconnecting its electrical connections, supply and fixing new AVR 12V suitable for 15 to 125 KVA DG Set including connecting all electrical connections. Testing voltage after starting engine and setting properly if a difference all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing fuel pipe of DG set any capacity including fixing with clamps and tightening arrangement complete with testing and checking all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Rubber hose pipe set complete with clamp and nut bolts with fixing with replacement of worn out hose pipe of following capacity DG set all as speclified and directed.

Taking out existing unserviceable PT pump assembly from the engine, Supply and fixing new PT Pump complete with proper connection all as specified and directed for follwing capacity of DG set :-

Taking down radiator assy of following DG set from engine base frame by descrewing complete nuts & bolts, transporting to civil work shop cleaning complete, tubes , fins etc including soldering leakage portion mac solution should be used in cleaning Roding tube with prope size of steel stick. Transporting back to DG set re installing by using gasket set, Hose pipe set with steel adjustable clamp complete Replacing rubber Hose set by taking out old Hoses with Gubli clips complete, reassembling, commissioning and testing on full load pressure all as specified and directed. Note :- The unit rate includes the cost of all material required for functioning of radiator assembly & no extra payment will be made.

Supply and fixing in repair/replacement of unserviceable or broken Door hinges suitable for any capacity and any size canopy of DG set at different locations complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old/unserviceable control wiring by disconnecting unsv. AMF panel any capacity, M&L for complete rewiring of AMF panel with suitable size of copper cable by disconnecting all its electrical connection and checking all loose connecting of accessories and tightening properly, cleaning of carbonised panel by the help of carbon tatra chloride and welding of panel door and other connected accessories,complete commissioning ,testing to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing Relay card 12V for suitable DG set including taking down old unserviceable relay card from existing DG set complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Supply & fixing Relay card 24V for suitable DG set including taking down old unserviceable relay card from existing DG set complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Taking out Injector Nozzle by opening the tappet cover of the DG set 200 KVA/ 225 KVA from the engine and transportation to civil workshop for repair/replacement of unserviceable spares such as Barrel & Plunjer, retainer, injector cup, ball check and spring etc. complete and cleaning all the parts with the help of CTC, complete assembling, commissioning and installation the injector assembly with tappet cover packing complete and testing of DG set on full load all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:-(New spare part shall be measured and paid seperately under item No 44 here in after)

Taking down old unserviceable engine safety control wiring of DGset any capacity and disconnecting all its electric connection and material and labour for new engine safety control wiring by suitable gauge of copper wire complete with all accessories and testing with full load complete all as specified and directed .

Taking out fuel tank from the DG set any capacity by disconnecting its connection from the DG set and carrying out necessary checking for leakage and welding work for make tank leak proof, cleaning of fuel tank by removing all the sludge material deposited in the tank and also cleaning of chocked fuel pipe including replacing of unserviceable/broken Gate valve, elbows, sockets, etc. complete all as specified and directed and re-installing to the DG set complete all as specified and directed.

Comprehansive maintenace operation and servicing of all solar equipments installed in 820 SU , P-76 & in officer mess LT control system, Isolation Transformer , weather monitoring equipments, serviceabililiy of SCADA system as per OEM recommendations. Contractor once a week clean solar PV modules by washing , sprays , brushes tools and plant, any washing solutions and also clean the invertors and if any fault occur in invertor or any equipment the contractor shall responsible to tie up with company and rectify the fault and also refill the distilled water in inverter as and when required as per laid down norms for solar power plant complete all as directed by the Enginneer in charge.

Supply, fixing and installation of Lead acid Battery maintenance free with Solar system with replacement of old for depositing to MES stores complete of following rating. Battery 12 V, 200 AH Make : Exide/Amaron/Tata Green

M&L for extension of exhaust Pipe of existing 200 KVA DG Set from DG Set Room by using MS flanged pipe of approx 3-4 mtr of dia 125 mm mininmum thickness 2mm bends, packing , nut bolt washer etc and fabrication work complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Neccessary welding work/cutting work deemed to be included in Quoted rates.

Disconnecting of all electrical and mechanical connection of 50 KVA to 125KVA DG set from engine and taking down unserviceable alternator, carryout necessary repairing and overhauling of alternator by replacement of unserviceable rectifier assembly, exciter assembly, carbon brusher and holder, rewinding of alterantor, field, insulation, testing, greasing, varnishing, polishing of the ring, rassembling & refixing in engine testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge for the capacity.

Note :- Credit shown in credit schedule of tender document shall be considered by the tenderer while quoting the rates of various items. The same shall be recovered from various payment to contractor before handing over old material.
