Dismantling of brick masonary work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Chrage.

Taking down cement plaster, any description from brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches , n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.50 m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc not exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Returning , filling in incl spreading levelling and well ramming and watering in layers n exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates), as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in kerbs/coping and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including formwork complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length as in weep holes complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class "B" bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in 15 mm thick cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Removing mortar from and cleaning bricks, stacking for measurement including all extra handling and removal and disposing off rubbish from site.

- ditto - all as per above item No.10 but except old bricks obtained from dismantaling.

M & L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers,under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool,applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre,top layer 15mm cement plaster using white cement in the top layer of the item of washed Marbal stone chipping grit plaster 1:1/2:2(1 White Cement:1/2 coarse sand:2 Marbal stone chipping 10mm nominal size) including pigment(colour) to be added as per approved by Engr-in-Chrage in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing,the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Chrage (Payment for providing grooves shall be made separately).

M&L for forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens,nailed to the under layer including removalof wooden battens,repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-Chrage.

M&L for framed work such as gate(any size), grills,gratings,etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted,or forged into spikes framed guard bars barred iron doors ladders framed balusters,walk ways,railing,framework of water tank and similar work con-forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick grenite ( of any type ) work (table rounded and polished) in coloumn, jambs, brick pillars, over 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixer of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of concentrina coil fencing wirth punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 mtr openable length having 50 Nos rounds per 6 mtr length , spring core wire ( 2.5mm thick) of high tensile strength of 165 Kg/Sqmm with tape (0.52 mm thick and weight 43.478 gm/metre and fixing the same with existing Y shape Angle iron with 6 horizontal R.B.T ( Reinforced Barbed Tape) wire, stud tied with GI Staple sand GI clips to retain horizontal including dismatling all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
