Attending day to day regular civil complaints of plumbing like repair of tap leakage, valve leakage ,re -fixing of wash basin, re-fixing of flush tank, removal of chokes in wash basin, re fixing of G.I. line, arresting leakages of pipe line, removing the choke in water G.I. line, sewer line , removing blockage in service saddle block point on C.I. line , jointing of C.I. line, rectification of damaged stone ware line, cutting of trees root at roof/buildings and repairing , removing of EWC/re-fixing of EWC, rectification of roof leakages / kitchen/ bath room/ wash basin, rectification leakage in C.I. Soil waste pipe ,cleaning of overhead tanks/U.G. sump ,cutting branches adjacent to the buildings and for those items that are not quantified in schedule etc. including all tools, machinery, tackles require for the execution of work all as per specification as per direction of Engineer-in -charge (Note:- 1. Contractor has to arrange all tools like (Pipe die, chisel, pipe wrenches, Screw drivers, spanners /machines), safety belt , safety shoe, dress, Raincoat etc. require for the work. 2. The work shall necessitate with one plumber (with knowledge of plumbing works and able to read and write complaint ) with one helper /man mazdoor for executing the works .Regular working hours is 9.00hrs to 17.30 hrs or will increase depend on failure of water line ,valves, Pumps or urgency of works and contractor shall have to increase the workers to complete work as soon as possible.)

Operation & Maintenance of water supply pumps, Bore wells and submersible pumps in open wells and float valves, sluice valves, taps etc., and pumping to the overhead water tanks, clearing of growth in sunshade , buildings , cleaning of vacant quarters, cutting of trees/ branches adjacent to the buildings etc. during non pumping/no complaints times etc., daily in two/three shifts complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer -in- charge.(Note:-1. Contractor has to arrange all tools /machines, safety belt , safety shoe, dress, Raincoat etc. require for the work. 2. The work shall necessitate with one semi-skilled worker (with knowledge of plumbing works and able to read and write complaint )for executing the one operation. First shift is from 5.00 hrs to 13.00 hrs: and second shift start from 13.00 hrs to 21.00 hrs. Third shift may be operated as per requirement on failure of water supply lines ,water line ,valves, Pumps etc for urgent repairing works.)

Attending day to day complaints on minor masonry repair, damaged brick work/half brick work ( less than 0.5 Sq.m.), plaster repair ( less than 0.5) , R.C.C. repair , Floors repair, tiles repair etc, at all level etc. including all tools, machinery, tackles require for the execution of work complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer -in- charge. (Note:-1. Contractor has to arrange all Masonry tools /machines, safety belt , safety shoe, dress, Raincoat etc. require for the work. 2.The work shall necessitate one mason with one helper /man mazdoor for executing the works . Regular working hours is 9.00 hrs to 17.30 hrs or will increase depend on urgency of works.)

Attending minor carpentry complaints on carpentry repair, like making frames, fixing/replacement of door frame, door shutter, window shutter , glass replacement, night latch/ lock service/replacement, mirror fixing/ replacement at all level etc. including all tools, machinery, tackles require for the execution of work complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer -in- charge (Note:-(Note:- 1. Contractor has to arrange all carpentry tools /machines, safety belt , safety shoe, dress, Raincoat etc. require for the work. 2.The work shall necessitate one carpenter/aluminium fitter with one helper /man mazdoor for executing the works . Regular working hours is 9.00 hrs to 17.30 hrs or will increase depend on urgency of works.)

Attending minor painting complaints like wall-repair, door frame, door shutter, window shutter at all level etc. including all tools, machinery, tackles require for the execution of work complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer -in- charge (Note:-(Note:- 1. Contractor has to arrange all painting tools like brush, roller ,Tools, cane, scaper /machines, safety belt , safety shoe, dress, Raincoat etc. require for the work. 2.The work shall necessitate one Painter for executing the works . Regular working hours is 9.00 hrs to 17.30 hrs or will increase depend on urgency of works .) The material required for repair paint, primer, putty, sand paper, ladder, only will be made available by department

Excavating trenches by manual means of required width(0.45m) minimum depth 60 cm for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth up to 1.00 m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m (Pipes, cables etc. Not exceeding 80 mm dia. ) as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Supplying tested heavy quality class K-12 Ductile Iron Double Chamber Restrained Joint ( Bolt les ) specials/ fittings such as bends, collars, tappers, tees, pieces, blank flanges etc. and confirming to IS:9523 and specials/ fitting shall be suitable for rubber gasket( Push On joint) etc.

Supplying tested heavy quality D.I. specials/ fittings of class K-12 suitable for Mechanical jointing flanged, mechanical collar, flanges, Tees, bends, tapers, spigot tail pieces, blank flanges etc. and confirming to IS:9523 and specials/ fitting shall be suitable for flanged joint etc.

Providing and removing tough stains and salt deposited on ceramic toilet, wash basin, wall and floor tile in bathrooms, toilets and kitchen area by using scrapper, sand paper, wire brush, cleaning brush, hard broom ,Cleaning acid (Roff, Hero) etc. and washing of wall and floor tile etc. including all consumable materials ( acid, sandpaper, wire brush, angle grinder, buffing wheel etc.) , tools, manpower complete as per specification and direction of engineer in charge

Cleaning the over head water tanks located at a height up to 20 Meters. above ground level by closing the in coming valve of water line, draining out the existing water in the tank, thoroughly cleaning the inside of the tank by using brush and Active Bleaching Powder completely, removing the dirty materials, closing the scour valve and releasing the water into the tank after thoroughly cleaning, re-fixing the manhole cover in position etc. including cost of labor. Bleaching Powder and all tools & tackles etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer -in- charge. ( Note:- Tank cleaning shall be as per time mentioned in check list. Check list shall be cleared by departmental supervisor.) Residential buildings(IV D,III C & II B type) (0.6kg of Active Bleaching Powder shall be used for cleaning the tank)

Cleaning the over head water tanks located at a height up to 20 Meters. above ground level by closing the in coming valve of water line, draining out the existing water in the tank, thoroughly cleaning the inside of the tank by using brush and Active Bleaching Powder completely, removing the dirty materials, closing the scour valve and releasing the water into the tank after thoroughly cleaning, re-fixing the manhole cover in position etc. including cost of labor. Check list shall be cleared by departmental supervisor.) Public buildings(Big size)(1.00kg of Active Bleaching Powder shall be used for cleaning the tank)

Check list shall be cleared by departmental supervisor.) Residential buildings( V E type)(0.25kg of Active Bleaching Powder shall be used for cleaning the tank)

Cleaning the Under Ground Storage Sumps of Six lakh liter capacity a depth of up to 4.0 meters. below ground level by dewatering, cleaning the wall, floor surface by removing the deposited silt, sand etc. Cleaning and washing walls /floor thoroughly with bleaching powder and bailing out the dirty water etc. at the places shown etc. complete including cost of labor, bleaching powder, tools & tackles all as per specification and as directed by Engineer -in- charge(4.00kg of Bleaching powder shall be used for cleaning the tank) ( Note:- Tank cleaning shall be as per time mentioned in check list. Check list shall be cleared by departmental supervisor.)

Cleaning the under ground sewer line/drain line including Inspection chamber, man -hole, cleaning all the sludge and washing with water etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.( Note:- Sewer cleaning shall be as per time mentioned in check list. Check list shall be cleared by departmental supervisor.)
