M&L for testing of old earthing using calibrated earth tester & submitting result to engr -in -charge. Earthing which showing much more results as specified in IS rule and disconnetivity should be replaced with new earthing items are considered as below all as directed. Note : (i) Watering of earthing with 2 Buckets (30Ltrs) water mixed with salt (total 5 Kg) shall be carried out one day before the testing & the cost of the same shall deemed included in unit rate quoted.

Dismantling/taking down old existing unsv lightening conductors & material & labour/fixing for lightening conductor assembly made out of GI pipe Medium grade of size 40 mm bore along with welded flange at one end & GI reducer socket to connect epoxy insulators of suitable size of air termination & connector for earth strip duly fixed with necessary nuts bolts & washers in PCC 1:2:4 type B0 30cm x 30cm x30cm complete all as directed. Note : GI pipe 40mm & air temination shall be measured & paid separately under relevant items

Supply only GI pipe medium grade of size 40 mm bore with all fitting for erection of lightening conductor complete as required and directed.

S&F air termination Aluminium rod 20mm dia, 300 mm long for lightening conductor with epoxy insulators of suitable size of air termination complete all as directed.

S&F air termination copper rod 12mm dia, 300 mm long for lightening conductor with epoxy insulators of suitable size of air termination complete all as directed.

M&L for Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm, drilled and screwed including, 3 NOS, 8mm dia 25mm long hex, head screw all as directed.

Dismantling of existing aluminium earthing/lightening conductor strip from wall/roof of bldg & refixing on porcelain insulators after grouting insulators on wall/roof with neccesory fixing arrangement (nuts, bolts & PCC work) all as directed. Note : (i) Porcelain insulators shall be measured & paid separately under relevant items rate quoted.

M&L for painting on wall with synthetic enameled paint of black colour of 200 x 150 mm size and writing work for earth test result with date & year all as specified and directed at site.

M & L for New earthing complete with Copper plate earth electrode 600X600X3.15mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to 20x3mm copper strip at two points by means of bolts and nut, check nut and washers including charcoal dust, common salt, necessary excavation in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance up to 50metres, PCC pit in 1:3:6 type CI (using 20mm grade stone aggregate) RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm grade stone aggregate ) 50mm thick pit cover, reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 75mm c/c, both ways MS handle 12mm dia, GI funnel, wire mesh and GI watering pipe of 20mm bore GI (light grade) and earth lead protection pipe 40mm bore (light grade) all as specified, directed and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including testing complete. Note : Copper strip and protection pipes 40 mm GI light grade up to 7.5 metre is included in unit rate and beyond that the same will be measured separately.

S&F High density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 laid in trenches of size 40 mm bore for erection of lightening conductor and protection for earth strips ete and including short lengths, with all pipe fittings such as ends, elbows, unions, tees, reducing tees, adopters, sockets, plugs, hose clips etc. and fixing to walls etc. complete with saddles (snap clips), wall clips, hooks, protective mild steel tube sleeves and cutting through walls, floors and their making good or laying in trenches and also cutting, screwing and waste complete as required and directed.

Dismantling/Taking down and Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of LED aviation light comprising of aluminium housing with polycarbonate enclosure, 302 nos. LED are provided AC Circuit, 230 volts with all components and fixing arragements on pipe necessary flat iron clamps, nuts, bolts & washers etc including necessary wiring circuit all as specified and as directed. Supply and Laid in trenches GI pipe Light grade 40mm dia for earth strip protection.

Supply and fix Repairs flood light LED 350 W (for High mast Light) made up of pressure die cast aluminum housing with toughened glass and high power LEDs and secondary lenses with IP66 protection.
