(a) Dismantling the Kirloskar Brothers Ltd make main dewatering pump Model -BHM 40/1 STG Pump Sl.No. 150-1699-002, 0/A No.- 0719F7350/01-00, Total head 11.50 M, Size - 500 mm , Rated flow - 500 lit/sec, Pump input - 67.51 KW, Speed - 740 RPM, Prime mover rating- 90 KW for attending repair work including disconnecting and removal of motor, complete casing pipes, impeller shaft, trans. shaft/intermediate shaft, head shaft, motor stool, impeller, spiders etc., complete, removing the wornout bushes, shaft sleeves from pump shafts for inspection including all labour charges, minor tools , GST etc.. Complete. (b) Assembling the dewatering pump after fixing the sleeve to the shaft including replacement of all worn out spares as per the direction of EIC, fixing the bushes to the spiders, fixing the CI bush to the housing, fixing the check nut to the shaft, thereafter assembling the bottom strainer, bell mouth, casing pipes, impeller, impeller shaft, trans shaft, head shaft, spiders, after fixing the 0 ring in proper places and alignment. Refixing the Pump base, motor stool, coupling the motor after cleaning, all the parts with wire brush/chipping/buffing painting with one coat of marine quality redoxide primer, followed by two coat of marine quality paint including casing pipes and trail run and testing the pump operation etc., complete. including cost of all labour charges minor tools , GST etc.. but excluding cost of spares required for the work which will be supplied by the department on free of cost.

Making the casing pipe flanges strengthening supporting steel flange, steel strainer, making CI bush for the housing making the brass check nut for the shaft, providing 03 Nos. brass covered rubber cutless bushes for the spiders including cost of brass covered rubber cutless bushes, steel plate, steel rod, oxygen gas cylinder, calcium carbide, welding electrode, cost of CI shaft, brass shaft, machining charges, cost of marine quality primer, marine quality paint, including cost of all materials, minor tools, transportation charges ,GST etc., complete.
