Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work compelte all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in RCC roof surface with mixing of water proofing compound @3% by the weight cement to horizontal or vertical surfaces finished cement concrete surface even and smooth using extra cement including necessary form work (Water proofing compound will be measured separately)

Taking down existing water proofing treatment/membrane of any type and Cleaning the surface of roof, palstered surfaces etc by roughening, picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove all loose dirt etc and preparing the surface to receive plaster and brushing neat cement slurry @ 3.00 Kg of cement per Sqm complete all as directed by Engr-in-Chrg

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick surface as in roof with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by the weight of cement in CM 1:4 complete all as specified & directed. (Integral WPC will be measured and paid separately).

M&L for water proofing treatment to roof surface complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge laid with following course of descrition below :- :- (a) Apply evenly bituminous based primer confirming to IS: 3384-1965 @ 0.30 kg/sqm. (b) APP modified bituminous membrane 3mm thick with non woven polyester core of weight not less than 3.2 to 3.5 Kg/sqm laid and bonded to the sub strata by heat process, over laps of 100mm shall be sealed/fused by flame torch application as per manufacturer instructions. (c) Applying bituminous based aluminium paint @ 0.20 Kgs/Sqm in two coats over APP membrane

Supply only Integral Water proofing compound all as specified.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L old size Brick work using fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of RCC as in Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as specified

M&L for RCC (nominal mix) type B0 1:2:4 as in Chajjas and the like complete all as directed.

Formwork to chullah hoods, chajjas, roof projections, troughs and similar items including edges for flat and fair surfaces of finished concrete surfaces complete all as specifed and directed

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone walls or RCC roofs/ceiling etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick work or concrete surface fair finished even & smooth w/o using extra cement all as specified.with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note: supply only of WPC shall be measured and paid seperately )

Demolition brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs incl screed bed if any and cleaning the surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete tiles 20cmx 20cm x 20mm thick with mixture of white and grey cement and no pigment over 15mm thick bedding layer in CM(1:4) complete all as specified and directed

Taking down of eaves gutters and rain water pipes of any size or pattern including all fittings and cleaning or refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors of 75 mm bore of pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors of 110 mm bore of pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) Couplers of 75 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) Couplers of 110 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stack clamps made out of 50 mm x 5 mm flat iron and 16 mm dia round iron stays, including bolts and nut and securing ends of stays to wall or roof for 75 mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and directed.
