Providing and laying damp proof course 50 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete

Applying a coat of hot bitumen (mexphalt 80/100 or equivalent) using 1.70 kg. per square metre on damp proof course after cleaning the surface with a piece of cloth lightly soaked with kerosene
