Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving (un reinforced) n exc. 15 cm. thicknesses, below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in roof or any descsription complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Boring holes 3.5m deep in soil for single under reamed piles and getting out and disposal of soil to a distance n.exc 50m (dia of pile 300mm) complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m deep for foundation, pier holes etc n. exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips

All as per item above but 5mm dia and over in stirrups, spacers and binders complete.

M&L reinforced cement concrete M-25 design mix using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, footing, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, pedestal, under reamed piles, mass concrete, etc complete all as specified and directed.
