Supply,installation,testing,commissioning including Loading, Transportation , insurance, Unloading, Carriage and Delivery at Site of 63KVA, 11/0.433 kV Distribution Transformer, Energy Efficiency Level-II, Aluminium Wound, oil filled, with LT cable termination box with detachable Aluminium Gland Plate.

Supply, Errection,testing & commissioning including loading, transportation, insurance, unloading, carriage and delivery at site of 9 Mtr long ST Poles SP-33 including excavation of pole pits, refilling the pit with soil, boulders.

Supply, Errection,testing & commissioning including loading, transportation, insurance, unloading, carriage and delivery at site of 8 Mtr long ST Poles SP-15 including excavation of pole pits, refilling the pit with soil, boulders.

Supply, Laying,testing, stringing, tensioning and binding of conductor ACSR 0.05 (Rabibit) including pre-tensioning for removal of kinks, fixing of hardware fittings and jointing as per standard practices and mechanical/manual carriage upto site.

Providing & fixing of Earthing Complete by GI Pipe 40 mm 3 mtr long through GI Strip 25x3 mm. as per REC Standards/drawings.

Supply and painting of each Pole 1 coat red oxide paint and 2 coats of aluminium paint (@ 1 ltr/pole red oxide paint and 1 ltr/pole aluminium paint) inscribed with permenent marking on each pole viz. name of scheme - 2023-24/xx - xxmeans pole numbers say 01,02.....

Providing, errection, testing & commissioning of G.I channel cross arms, G.I V-Cross arms, Sub-station channels (G.I) & Angle Iron Braces (G.I), transformer beltings, including back clamps for fixing cross arms etc fabricated of different sizes (REC Standard) & to be fixed with GI Nuts & Bolts and washers without drilling/punching holes in the poles.

Providing & and fixing of 11 kV Pin Insulators (polymer) with Pins ( 5 KN)

Providing & fixing of 11 kV, G.O AB Switch , 3-phase, 200A (09 insulator post type) with arragement for pad locks & operating rod . The operating rod should be G.I Pipe (B-class) of 25 mm dia of requisite length.

Providing & fixing of 11 kV Horn, Gap Fuse 3-phase 100A

Providing & fixing Supply and installation of Gapless Surge Arrestor,9 kV,10 kA, LA with (polymer) housing, Station Type

providing and fixing of LT Distribution Box for 63 kVA DTR with MCCB for incomer & SFU's for Outgoing Circuits

Providing & fixing of 3-Phase 4-Wire Trivector Meter with CT for 63KVA DT.

Providing, laying, testing & commissioning of 35 mm² AB (HT) Cable (3x35+1x35 mm²) XLPE(11 kV, 3C + Earth) 11kV grade 11 KV (E) Grade Aerial Bunched Cable with 03(three) power cores stranded, compacted circular Aluminium conductor screened with Black extruded semi conducting compound, natural coloured XPLE insulated core screened with Black extruded semi conducting compound and one layer of copper tape and covered with Black extruded PVC (core identification by ridges one, two and three over PVC covering) and one bare Messenger wire: combination of galvanized steel wire and Al. Alloy wires.

Providing, fixing , testing & commissioning of cable kits ( heat shrinkable)

Providing, fixing , testing & commissioning of Tension Clamps.

Providing & fixing of Single Core Aluminum (Al.) LT Power Cable (1.1 KV grade) 185 mm sq cross section un-armoured XLPE cable with Thermoplastic tape inner sheath from the LT bushes upto the overhead LT bare conductor.

Providing, laying of Cement bottoming 1:2:4 mix as per REC standards 0.5 cum/pole including muffing 20 cm above ground level, plaster and curing of concrete.

Providing, laying of Cement bottoming 1:2:4 mix as per REC standards 0.45cum/pole including muffing 20 cm above ground level, plaster and curing of concrete.

Providing & fixing of P.G. clamps for fixing of LT cable with distribution transformers having capacity upto 100 kVA

Providing & fixing of 185 mm sq Aluminum Thimbles for cable terminations

Providing and and fixing of 3 No. sub station earthing by GI Pipe 40 mm or GI Rod 20mm, 2.5 mtr long through GI Strip of 50X6 for neutral earthing and 25X3 mm for 2 transformer body earth, two no. pole earth, 1 no. LA Earth and 1 no. GO handle earth as per REC approved construction standards with F5, F10 & J2 drawings issued by REC as reference. Each electrode to be connected through double GI strips to be fixed on baby insulators. The termination should be bolted and not welded.

Providing and fixing of shackle insulators (polymer) ( 16 KN) with GI back clamps to be fixed without drilling/punching of poles on ST poles.
