REPAIR TO ROOF LEAKAGE/SEEPAGE AND ROOF TREATMENT IN CERTAIN MD ACCN IN ZONE I AND II AT UMROI MIL STN UNDER GE UMROI

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) on concrete surface as in ceiling/chajja finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in two layers (10mm thick 1st layer + 5mm thick finishing layer) of walls, chajja, fins, facia etc. any height mixed with water proofing compound (for 5mm thick finishing layer only) @ 3 % of weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately (ii) Cost of scafolding, any height are deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

Material & Labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and applying two or more coats of weatherproof 100% acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved shade and colour with one coat of primer/sealer as per manufacturer specifications on the external surface of the building such as external walls including preparation of surfaces by removing and cleaning old existing paint, dirt, algae, fungus, shrubs, etc. completely by scrapping with wire brush and washing with water or with bio-wash complete as specified and directed. Note: The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive cost of scaffolding upto 14m high.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying a coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of existing treatment and applying two coat of white wash on old ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall and applying a coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix half round colour coated UPVC gutter/runner drop for rain water drain in buildings of size not exceeding 150 mm dia with firmly attached down spout of suitable size discharging storm water into PVC SWR pipe of 110 mm dia and similar works etc including taking down old unserviceable gutter complete all as specified and directed. Note: The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of down spouts, drop outlet, elbow, end cap, straight connecter, brackets, down spout couple, splash block, out site corner, clamps as required at site as per standard engineering practice.
