Supply and laying LT UG XLPE insulated 1100 volt grade heavy duty cable, multi stranded aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel strip wire or tape and connecting up to the electrical system with suitable size of aluminium lugs cable of size 35 sq mm 3.5 core as per IS:7098 (Part-I) including taking out old cable of same size. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying of cables and getting out of complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25 cm in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified.

M&L Brick of common burnt clay, sub class 'B' old size laid flat and dry on cables as in cable protection in trenches over cables perpendicular to direction of cables abutting each other complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for river bed fine sand laid in trenches 15 cm below cable and 8 cm above the cable for cushioning/protection to cable including spreding, levelling and 18cm after hand punning complete all as specified and directed at site. Note : For payment purpose punned thickness will be considered.

S&F for Galvanised iron steel tubes, ISI marked light grade of size 50mm bore for cable protection on the wall under road under drains complete all as specified.

Material and labour for cutting of road, cutting chases pining in making good to facing where required to edges of landing road, hard standing, etc. and cutting chases for concealed water tubing making good exc. 20 cm but not exc. 60 cm width and digging of excavation 45 cm but not exc. 1 m depth in bituminous road / concrete surface and making good as existing surface by using 0.63 mm hard core as required including premixed high performance cold mix patching material ideal for instant as require high quality repairs to bituminous as well as concrete surface all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc.

Taking down unserviceable main switches, DBs, bus bars chambers any capacity including all fittings and fixtures such as MCBs, isolator, etc and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down fluorescent tube light single/double of any wattage or size fitting for repair or replacement of burnt/worn out complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for point wiring with single core PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade FRLS cable of copper conductor multi stranded of size 1.5 sqmm (Nominal size) drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit medium grade, ISI marked not less then 20 mm dia with all accessories like tee, straight joint, L bend etc concealed in wall , ceiling , floor etc, pressed MS Sunken boxes in wall of required size and colour for switches and sockets, 1.5 sqmm (Nominal size) PVC insulated (green insulation) copper conductor FRLS earth continuity cable drawn with wiring and connected to common earth dolly all as specified for one light point, ceiling fan/exhaust fan controlled by one SP switch including making good distrubed surface, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Cost for MS Sunken Boxes, Hylum sheets are cutting, chieseling and cutting the wall/Ceiling for conduit fixing. The disturbed surfaces of wall for concealing the wiring shall be make good by applying cement plaster, putty and colour wash etc matching with the existing surfaces. The rate for point wiring shall be deemed to include the cost of making good.

Supply and fix exhaust fan, resin body and blades AC single Phase. 230V 250mm sweep 1270 RPM, with blades, frame and louvers complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for cutting openning through brick wall 230mm thick built in cement motar suitable for exhaust fan 250&300mm seep including making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 as required, complete all specified and directed.

Taking down ceiling fans of any sweep and any size including cable connections and disconnecting of fan blades and removing the fan with blades and deposit to store yard for further hanging in its original position or any other position including it's fitting and fixtures after carrying out service includeing required winding, bearing, capacitor, cleaning, greasing including testing complete serviceable all as specified and as directed by Engr- in-charge.

Taking down exhaust fans of any sweep and any size including cable connections and removing the exhaust fan with blades and deposit to store yard for further fixing in its original position or any other position as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including it's fitting and fixtures after carrying out service reassembling the fan etc including testing complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fix metal AC Box Single pole and neutral enclosure with two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 A 240 V complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply and Fixing Sheet metal Vertical TPN double door DB 4 Way, 415 Volt, TPN with 200 Amps rated bus bar and with neutral, earthing bar and din rail complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charg

S&F in replacement of MCB distribution board, IP 43 protection, Double door, SPN, 230 Volts, 8 way with 200 Amps rated bus bar and with neutral, earthing bar complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of MCB distribution board, IP 43 protection, double door, SPN, 230 Volts, 4 way with 200 Amps rated bus bar and with neutral, earthing bar complete one all as specified and directed. Note-item No 33 to 35: cutting of the wall for DB fixing. The disturbed surfaces of wall for DB shall be make good by applying cement plaster, putty and colour wash etc matching with the existing surfaces. Supply and fixing 240V, 10 KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of single pole, current carrying capacity 6 to 32 AMP, Complete all as sepcified and as directed..

Taking down existing storage type water heater of any capacity of any type and size by disconnecting from Power socket, carring out necessary repair i.e.relace heating element/thermostat/Auto cut off including cleaning and inner water tank, removing of hard water deposites and connected back and refixing in original position including testing and commissioning complete serviceable all as specified and as directed.

M & L for in relacement of PVC Connections of 15 mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450 mm complete as directed.

S & F as in replacement / new AC Single Phase Static Energy meter of Accuracy Class 1.0 as per IS13779, 240V, 50Hz, IP-54, temperproof digital meter equipped with 6 digit ultra bright LED counter with Backlit LCD Display of rating 5-30A & with 1 push button. M&L earthing complete with galvanized mild steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meters below ground level connected to galvanized earth wire 4.00 mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, thimbles, check nuts, washers of GI or steel, PCC (concrete chamber of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 300 mm inside dimension) shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with fair finish , internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, funnel with wire gauge of 22 gauge, 8 mesh per liner inch, 80 mm thick PCC pit cover 320 mm x 320 mm of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) reinforced with XPM JALLI and charcoal dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I (2009) and specified including provision of earth wire protected by 15mm dia medium grade GI pipe and watering GI pipe shall be 20mm bore medium grade etc complete, all excavation and earth work & connecting the earthing to an earthing test point main switch board as specified and testing on completion complete all as specified & directed.

Contract Amount shall be derived after deducting the amount of Schedule of Credit in General Summary of tender documents.
