Taking down/collect the unserviceable/burnt ceiling fan/exhaust fan/pedestal fan/wall mounted fan/cabin fan any sweep from any height of building/site for repair/rewinding/overhauling and re-fixing the same after repair/overhauling and testing fans complete at same place or where directed complete all as specified. (i) Fixing of repaired fan in any location domestic area shall be contractors responsibility at his own arrangement of transport and T& P. (ii) Old burnt wire will be contractors property and necessary credit shall be recovered as per sch of credit attached) Note – Repair/rewinding/overhauling shall be measured & paid separately under respective items of Sch.

M&L for strip opening of ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep for overhauling including cleaning, greasing, oiling and minor repair work, including checking nuts and bolts, clamps etc complete and reassembling the same after testing on full load with blade complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Capacitor, Bearings, Regulators, Rubber reel and other connected items shall be measured and paid separately under respective items as supply and fixing).

M&L for rewinding of ceiling fan motor 1200/1400 mm sweep any make with super enameled copper winding wire ISI marked of gauge as per existing including cutting and getting out old US winding, sleeve work, varnishing , threading incl. making connections with three core copper flexible wire of suitable size and reassembling the same and two coats of synthetic enamel paints with spray painting and writing MES number ind. cleaning the fan with cleaning materials or thimmbles after testing at full load with blades to the entire satisfaction of Engineer incharge complete all as specified and directed. Note: Rewinding work of ceiling fan/ exhaust fan/ cabin/wall mounted fan shall be carried out inside the camp area at the location provided by department.

Meter box should be able to adpt any make of meter complete all as spd and directed. Note:- (i) Taking down existing meter and refixing in new meter box shall be deemed in quoted rate. Dismantling of existing meter panel board removing existing energy meter keeping safe custody and Design, Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of indoor type wall mounting size min (980X 650X245), Polycarbonate CPRI approved OEM made Meter Panel. The panel shall be made of modular POLYCARBONATE THERMOPLASTIC ENCLOSURES which should be UV resistance in accordance with IEC 61439-1, clause 10.2.4: The panel type wall mounted on mounting structure RAL 7016. The meter panel should be anti-acid & anti corrosive & fully transparent Door for meter vision. Degree of protection against mechanical load should be IK08 (5 Joule) in accordance with IEC 62262. The manufacturer of panel shall submit a copy of CPRI test report in polycarbonate only degree of ingress protection IP65 in accordance with IEC 60529. The gasket should be internally embedded made of polyurethane and enclosure make. The manufacturer of board/panel shall submit a copy of type test report of a board made out of Polycarbonate thermoplastic panel in accordance with IEC 60439-1.

The CPRI test report shall have mention of following tests performed and passed out satisfactorily: Temperature Rise, Dielectric Properties, Short circuit withstand current – Rated peak & short time withstand current and Rated Conditional Short Circuit Current, Effectiveness of Protective Circuits. The board manufacturer must submit the copy of type test reports for Polycarbonate Thermoplastic Board only. Test Reports submitted of other material of construction like MS, SS will not be applicable.. The panel should passed glow wire test 960oC in accordance with 60695-2-11 flame retardant and self-extinguishing complete all as directed with and incl the following (a) Provision for existing electric energy meter - 04 nos in separate chamber with locking arrangement. (a) Four pole MCCB 63 Amps with breaking capacity 16 KA having fixed thermal and fixed magnetic release and spreader link at both incoming and incoming side - 01 No. (b) MCB DP 32 Amp 10 KA , C Curve - 4 Nos (To be connected with 4 Nos Meters) (c) MCB DP 06 Amp 10 KA, C Curve - 1 No (For common lighting + Bldg Security Lights) (d) Ten Nos terminal blocks provided for output supply. (e) MCCB/MCB Nos Operated by flip Cover

(g) LED Indicating lamp - 03 Nos. (j) Internal wiring with 1100Volt grade 6.0 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated multi flexible copper wire of sizes duly crimped with copper lugs of suitable size & type .
