Formwork to flat rough finished surfaces of soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) (leak proof shuttering) complete all as specified and directed .

Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. (leak proof shuttering) complete all as specified and directed .

Formwork to chullah hoods, chajjas, troughs and similar items including edges, flat rough finished surfaces of concrete (leak proof shuttering upto G+1 height) complete all as specified and directed .

S&F for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed .

S&F for Mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed .

S&F for Mild steel TMT bars but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed . (Note : Aditional Reinforcement: In the case of the shear relnforcement also, if the diameter of the rebars are reduced, provide 8mm dia stirrups In the form of 7 "U" shaped bars. Tie them properly so that it has a tight contact with the main bars.)

S&F for Hard drawn steel wire fabric weight per square metre n exc 4 kg, cut to lengths, bent to shape required and tying with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm in dia supplied and fixed in old reinforcement of RCC member complete all as specified and directed . (Note : Rates for the making 100mm to 200 deep holes for fabric and filling with one or two component styrene free vinylester resin anchor or two components, styrene & cement free epoxy- acrylate fixing and anchoring compound ( having the technical parameters mentioned in material specifications) using standard sealant applicator gun after drilling holes of required diameter at required locations, for holding / fixing / placing in position the steel mesh reinforcement at desired level/ stretching shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates.)

M&L for Chipping of 50mm average thickness unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns, footings etc. and plaster with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and debris to a lead of 100m and lift not more than 1.5m from the starting point etc; all complete all as specified and directed. Note for BOQ item No 16 to 21 and 61 : These items shall be executed under the supervision of specialized agency as approved by GE without any extra cost to Govt and the agency shall be one of the authorised agencies / applicators of manufactures of makes as listed here in against serial item No 16 to 21 and 61 of BOQ / schedule 'A' .

M&L for Cleaning & applying rust remover on (CICO Clean-o rust) in two coats over rusted reinforcement surface of RCC members and providing anti corrosive coating with two component epoxy based zinc rich primer/Rust passivation Inhibitor coat at the rate of 2-3 sq. mtr/ltr not less than 50 microns dft with CICO ZINCILATE-500 or equivalent to reinforcement surface as per manufacturer’s instructions including all machinery, tools tackles and clearing of debris. M&L for injection grouting for the RCC members like column, beam, slab etc with the mixture of fine sand and cement with appropriate pressure and machinery, ratio of material is (1:1) or directed for the repairing of cracks, holes, voids, honeycombing, damage of structural member etc, drill the ports or holes, distance between two nozzles/nipples approx 0.50m in RCC member, having dia 2.5cm and 5.0cm deep and fix the nozzle/nipple of the grouting machine/hose pipe, filled the properly cracks and holes of structural member, all around or surface area of RCC member with epoxy, polyster or cementious materials give time to seal to be hardened, inject the grout material in the RCC member till RCC member voids saturated completely, for the same process to be repeated 02 or 03 times after some interval, refix the nipples properly without damazing the RCC members and holes of the same filled properly with non shrinkage material of min M-50 grade, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rates of the all requires machinery, tools etc for the injection grouting shall be deemed to be included in quotated rates.
