Dismantling the spalled / distressed RCC and loose particles from the existing concrete including roughening the surface after thorough cleaning, rate including cost of all labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

Removing the existing damaged felt and cleaning the surfacce free from oil, dust, dirt, grease etc., and transporting the debries with 1km lead away from the site and lowering fro the surface with water till the saturation for the entire area, rate including labour, lead lift etc., complete.

Supplying fabricating and fixing in position of RTS rod for reinforcement including cutting bending tying and fixing in position including cost of all materials, labour, binding wire, lead, lift etc., complete.

Providing centering and shuttering arrangements for supporting the reinforced cement concrete surfaces rate including cost of all labour, lead, lift, tools etc., complete.

Providing Micro concrete using Rendroc RG / equivalent to the distressed / spalled concrete pedestalas by applying one coat of Nitozinc / equivalent primer after thorough cleaning of rust in the reinforcement, fabricating and erecting slurry tight form work with plywood shutters with suitable supports which do not deform or leak due to pressure of micro concrete, mixed micro concrete should be placed continuously for an average thickness of 75mm, applying one coat of polymer modified acrylic emulsion (Nitobond AR /equivalent) on the finished surface as a curing membrane, applying DEKGUARD / equivalent primer by spraying to the concrete surface, and applying Two caot of DEKGUARD/ EQIVALENT top coat to the concrete surface by brush or roller (coating shoud be done continuously without any break), rate including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, T&P's etc., complete.

Plastering with CM 1:3, 10mm thick including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

Chipping and cleaning the existing damaged plastered surface from walls rate including cost of all labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

Brick work in CM 1:5 using fly ash bricks (230x110x70mm) including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete

Terrace flooring (weathering course) with one course of pressed tiles 200x200x20mm over CM 1:3, 20mm thk. mixed with crude oil 10% by weight of cement and pointing with the same oiled mortar over a bed of 80mm thick concrete broken brick jelly 20mm size in pure slaked lime with required slope over RCC roof slab including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete.

Removing the damaged gear box and side channel with gear rod upto top, greasing, replacing of new gear box, welding the gear wheel with gear rod alignment checking refixing in position over wall and removing of bottom 'T' angle, bend removing and welding the broken plates, top cover removing dismantling the lath from the roller, removing the spring, removing shaft, reconditioning of the shaft and replacing the spring, cleaning the old grease strengthening if roller assembly and refixing in position loading the springs and overhauling the rolling shutter, gear box, roller, ball bearing etc., complete.

Providing water proof treatment over the existing roof slab with polymeric asphalt membrane sheet (4kg/m2) constituting 7 layers with thermo fusible HM HDFE film one at top and other of bottom layer of this polymeric mix 1 layer of fibre glass tissue, 2 layers of polymeric mix on the top and bottom of 90 microns HM HDPE film, cracks on roof slab to be filled with cement based filter, laying of PAM sheets over a coating of 90/15 hot blown bitumen with 100mm over lap sealed by LPG flame torch further coated with oxides bitumen 90/15 and finally coated with aluminium coating and also extra attention should be given in roof / drain curve portion as per instruction of site Engineer including cost of all labour, lead, lift,T& P etc complete.

Supplying & fixing in position of 160mm dia. PVC pipe of 4 kg/cm2 pressure with PVC specials, clamps, bolts & nuts by replacing the existing damaged and broken cement rain water downfall pipes including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, etc. complete (water line) - Site work.

Providing one coat of white wash with white cement to the newly plastered area including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete.
