M&L for plugging underground sewer line (150mm to 600 mm dia ) in manholes, at any depth and removing the same after de-sludging of sump well/septic tank complete all as specified and directed .

Cleaning & de-slugging by mechanical means i.e. by Honeysucckers : mechanical sewage cleaning trucks / tractor etc, removing sludge from sump well / septic tank/ soakage pits / manholes etc, of any capacity and any depth, in foul condition including all necessary T & P required for removal of sludge and solid contents to be dispose off outside defence land complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of existing shafts/ Janitors by removing of soil, waste materials liquid/solids in foul condition and removing of waste material to any place outside defence land complete all as specified and directed.

Removing blockages including cleaning of CI/SWSG Pipes upto and including 150mm bore from kitchen/bath/wash hand basin /urinal/WC of any length upto gully trap in 1st manhole by rodding/choke remover manually or other wise including refixing of oval access door covers complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling CI/PVC pipe alongwith fittings of 75/100mm/110mm dia, below or above GL or laid in floors or fixed to walls, jointed in cement mortar and taking out complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in repair Factory made SFRC (Steel fiber Reinforcement Concrete) Manhole cover medium duty 900mmx450mmx70mm thickness including 2mm thick flat iron frame all round and make good of manhole complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Factory made SFRC (Steel fiber Reinforcement Concrete cover & frame) (ISI marked) HD-20 conforming to IS-12592, of size 560mmx560mm x90mm thickness and fixed over manhole complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, pillars etc in any position and stacking them and disposing off the unserviceable material and rubbish complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' brick, old size, straight or covered on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

Taking down Cement plaster or cement lime plaster, any description i.e. roof plaster on brick or stone walls, roof etc. including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified
