M&L for cleaning the dust/rust with emery paper and preparation of damaged surfaces (if any), removing of dents, tightning of shelves and painting to the Almirah steel large with shelves/half hanging half shelves internally and externally with one coat of paint OG make Asian, Nerolack, Burger, etc. All prepration of steel surfaces and painting shall be done with proper workmanship. All painting works shall be carried out at the site of furniture issued complete all as specified and directed. (Drg No. FD-1031)

Material and labour for replacement of arms of sofa set 4 seats and sofa set 5 seats. The arms shall be made of Ist quality teak wood well seasoned complete all as per drawing. (Drg No. FD-281, FD-373)

Sofa set 4 seats:- Complete cleaning the dust/dirt and removing existing polish from the sofa set by scratching manually/machinaclly complete upto the wooden surfaces. Reprepration of all wooden surfaces with the use of putty, for wood work, chalk mitti where ever required and wood filler suitable teak shade colour alongwith other polishing material and apply of manual sand paper for smoothing the surfaces. Applying the two coats of synethic enamel melamine of best qualiity from Asian, nerolack, Burger after cleaning and smoothing of all expose to vision surfaces. Suitable coats (min two cots) of wood polish to the sofa set (all expose to vision surfaces) for glossy and smooth finish. All polish work shall be done with proper workmanship including fixing of PVC toes to the legs complete all as specified and directed. (Drg No. FD-281, FD-373)

M&L for replacement of foam cushion for seats and back of sofa set. The seat and back shall be of foam cushion 40(d) of size 21"x22"x100mm, make sleepwell, fether foam, curlon, individually packed. The foam cushions shall be covered and stiched properly with full workmanship with approved coloured/textured tapestry cloth neatly, tighty and properly. The rate of tapestry cloth shall not be less than Rs 200/- per running meter. Rest all as per directed by Engr-in-charge. (Drg No. FD-281, FD-373)

Notes :- (a) The contract sum shall be arrived at after deduction of amount of Schedule of Credit. (Rs. 13,187.50). (b) PERFORMANCE SECURITY :- (Refer condition 14A of IAFW-1815-Z) The performance security for an amount equivalent to 5% (Five percent) of the accepted contract sum shall be delivered by the successful bidder within 28 days from the date of intimation letter of acceptance and all provisions shall be applicable as per condition 14A of IAFW 1815-Z.
