Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Modular Ots. The Job includes Design, SITC of following jobs;

WALLS & CEILING- The inner surface walls will be constructed with both side 0.8 mm thick EGP steel panels (Thickness of panel :40 mm ) filled with Puff insulated panel, these panels will have flame resistance to BS 1142 part 3 as per technical specifications.

PAINT: Filling of all Joints and Cavities with Metallic Epoxy filler and sanded flush to provide a joint less finish and then should be sprayed with a water based liquid plastic aseptic anti-bacterial and self -sterilizing wall coating system to D.F.T(Dry filmthickness) of 400 microns with primer as per technical specifications .

AIR DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM

The laminar flow system shall comprise of the thick extruded aluminum profiles frame. The complete unit will have factory prepared fine sealing system along with proper test certificates as per technical specifications (plenum size 2400x2400x350 mm)

SLIDING DOOR (SIZE: 1540X2125 mm) (Automatic Operation)

To maintain sterility and the correct air pressure in the room, all doors into and out will be of the sliding, hermetically sealing type. as per technical specifications

SURGEON CONTROL PANEL

The Surgeon Control Panel will meet Electrical Safety codes for High & Low voltage system, wired to the current IEE regulations. The room Surgeon’s Control Panel will be designed to cope with changing technology and equipment in operating environments. as per technical specifications

ELECTRICAL DISTRIBUTION PANEL

All high voltage equipment will be installed in a separate enclosure. The remote cabinet will house the operating lamp transformers, mains failure relays, electrical distribution equipment and circuit protection equipment as per technical specification

X RAY VIEW SCREEN

The 2-plate X-Ray viewing screen will meet electrical safety codes for high & low voltage system. It will be designed to provide flicker free luminance for the film viewing purpose. It will be installed flushed with the theatre wall for hygienic and ease of cleaning purpose. The X-Ray viewing screen will be designed for the purpose of front access. as per technical specifications

PRESSURE RELIEF DAMPERS

Pressure Relief Dampers will be provided in each room to prevent cross contamination of air from clean and dirty areas. as per technical specifications

OPERATION THEATRE FLOORING

SITC of seamless flooring with perfectly curved resistance to mechanical stresses and dynamic load and having electrostatic discharge (ESD) / anticonductive protection characteristics 2mm thick washable for 2 No. OTs as per technical specification

WRITING BOARD

Providing,Fixing and Installation of Operating Writing List Board complete with all accessories etc. One operating list board will be provided in each operating theatre as per technical specifications

PERIPHERAL LIGHTS

Supply , installation , testing and commissioning of clean room lighting fixtures, complete with LED lights 2 sets(each set consists of 06 lights) (dimmable) as per technical specifications

OPERATION THEATRE SURGEON LIGHT

Supply , installation , testing and commissioning of clean room lighting fixtures,Ceiling mountable O.T. Light. Dome light head should consist of double dome or multiple petals type. The light should be fitted with camera's with screen for live streaming in operation threatre as per technical specifications.

PENDANTS

SURGEON PENDANT (DOUBLE ARM)

Double Arm ceiling pendant each arm of the double pendent will be made of Aluminum sheets box, provision for two (2) Oxygen, one (1) N2O, two (2) Vacuum and (1) compressor Air Medical gas outlets with pressure and vacuum gauges and twin 5/15 Amp electrical sockets four (4) numbers, splash proof type and one I.V hooks and two nos heavy duty stainless steel monitor tray with a load bearing capacity of up to 100 kgs. The movable arm length is 1000mm and rotates at 330 degree. The console of the single arm pendant moves in 330 degree movement as per technical specifications.

ANESTHESIA PENDANT (RIGID SWILL)

Rigid Swill ceiling pendant each will be made of Aluminum sheets box, provision for two (2) Oxygen, one (1) N2O, two (2) Vacuum and (1) compressor Air Medical gas outlets and twin 5/15 Amp electrical sockets four (4) numbers, splash proof type and one I.V hooks and two nos heavy duty stainless steel monitor tray with a load bearing capacity of up to 100 kgs. as per technical specifications

SCRUB SINK (Geyser+Digital Panel)

Compact Surgical Scrub sink will be designed for use in Operation theatre complex providing surgeons with a convenient sink for pre op scrub up.as per technical specifications

Internal Wiring with Low Leakage Current FR Wires

Wiring for 250 volts single phase and neutral 6/16 Amps switched socket outlet with 4 sq.mm PVC insulated copper conductor 1100 volts grade stranded flexible wires in concealed or surface mounted 25 mm dia 16 gauge MS conduit including providing and fixing of 6/16 amp 5 pin switched sockets of approved make and design in 2 mm thick GI box with grid plates and earthing the third pin of each socket with 4 sq. mm PVC insulated Copper conductor stranded flexible wire. Complete as per technical specification.

HATCH/ PASS BOX

A Hatch Box of 600mm x 600mm size will be provided in each Operation.as per technical specifications

AIR DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE SWITCH

Supply,install,test and commission Air Differential pressure switches complete with sensor probe , etc. integrated with Light and visual alarm signal, as per general details and specifications and approved make.To be installed across HEPA filter bank sections and Operating rooms.The necessary control and power wiring shall be in the scope of the contractor.

Air Purifier (PHI Cell)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of duct mounted air purification system/ cell based on Photohydroionization cell with the capability to produce friendly oxidizers like Ionized Hydro Peroxides, Super Oxide Ions, Hydroxides Ions with quad metalic coating (Rohdium, silver, copper and titanimum) and duly enclosed by a poly casing tube that should prevent glass or mercury leakage into the conditioned/ served space. The honeycomb matrix shall not be accepted. The units should be designed after undertaking a load factor calculation for each specific area where the equipment is to be installed. The load shall clearly state the number of units required vis-à-vis the wattage of the units. The system shall be capable of reducing microbial bacteria, virus and spores , VoC’, odors .

Heat Pump (ODU)

Providing, Installation testing & Commissioning of VRV/VRF outdoor Units (Hot & Cold) complete with all accessories like Compressors, condenser coil, PCB, fan etc & fixtures for resting of the outdoor units. The Outdoor units combination shall be provided with individual remote control along with centrally controlled remote Controller having touch screen panel capable of monitoring operation of outdoor units. The units should comply with minimum COP of 3.65 at 100% load (Heating mode) and minimum 6.5 at 50% load in cooling mode at following conditions: 0 Deg C to 40 Deg C in cooling mode and -20 Deg C to 20 Deg C in heating mode. IEER not less than 6.5. Anti Ice Circuit /Auto defrost kit if required to operate at this temperature in winter to be provided in ODU. Floor Mounted Horizontal AHU

Supplying, Installaing, Testing and Commissioning of Eurovent certified air handling units comprising of as per technical specifications

Capacity: 4500 CFM Rows of Cooling Coil: 8 Static pressure drop: 125 mm Wg

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of AHU kit and EV kit compatible with 14 HP outdoor unit so that the AHU behaves exactly in same manner as compatible indoor unit (variable speed/temperature/ mode of operation)

Electrical Panel Board

Control panel:- Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of main cubical panel free standing type, dust & vermin proof fabricated out of 16SWG MS sheet to be laid over MS angle frame internally wired. The panel shall have modular construction with incoming and outgoing MCCB’s housed in an enclosure forming the basic module. Cable-way module, metering module and MCB module have to be added the basic module. Each section or the module shall be compartmentalized with pin type hinged open–able shutter with quarter swing locks. Only shutter of bus bar module shall be fixed with nuts and bolts. The panel should be equipped with following items integrated together for operation & control of the connected machinery / equipment. All the internal wiring used shall be of suitable rating for individual component of the panel:- Bus bar Module Aluminum Bus bars, 160A, 04 Nos. TPN mounted on insulators. The bus bars shall be provided with heat shrinkable type PVC sleeves duly colour coated. Cubical 01:- 160MCCB as switch disconnector Cubical 02:- As metering module with 1 no 0-100 digital amphere metre and 01 no 0-440V digital voltmetre Cubical 03:- For 32 A. Refrigerant pipe work with (13 mm thick) closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber tubular insulation between each set of indoor (AHU) & outdoor units as per specifications alongwith the additional refrigerant required. All piping inside the room shall be properly supported with MS hanger and all external piping shall run in covered cable tray.

SHEET METAL DUCTWORK- Site Fabricated.

Supply, Fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning at site Aluminium sheet metal ducting alongwith 25 mm thick 750 GSM micron insulation with 0.5 mm thick perforated Aluminium sheet complete with hangers, supports and neoprene gasket sealing complete in all respects as per approved drawings.
