| 1Supply, Installation ,Testing and commissioning of sheet metal sectionalized construction double skin AHU , complete with chilled water coils of copper tube and aluminum fins construction , squirrel cage induction motor , DIDW BACKWARD CURVE centrifugal fan , V-belt drive package (including taper lock pulley arrangement) and vibration isolation (spring mounted). The AHU shall have 25 mm thick panels made out of 0.8 mm thick external Galvanized steel sheet (scratch free plastisol coating) and internal Aluminum sheets of thickness 0.8 mm, with PUF injection inside and static pressure of AHU is 135 mm with HEPA filter. Cooling coil section with 6 rows deep chilled water coil (3 + 3 combination), Heating coil 2 row deep, Cooling coil DX type 3 row deep and gap between all the coils minimum 450 mm and coil tube thickness 0.5 mm.PUF (40 kG/CuM density) injection would be done in a controlled factory environment, by using a PUF injection molding machine. The blower shall be of approved make and specifications, AMCA certified-210 and AMCA 300. Entire unit vibration level as per ISO 2372/3945. The AHU assembly shall be complete with electrically inter-locked fan guard, access doors with nylon hinges, nylon door locks handles, port holes in fan section, sealed screw end caps , internal light and limit switches , SS drain pan & Discharge of AHU etc. Floor mounted AHU motor shall be three phase motor suitable for VFD drive.
