Operation of 1X320 KVA + 1X200 KVA DG sets, Pump sets, 3nosX7TR Package AC units, monitoring the switch rooms temperature, power factors & electrical parameters of the sub stations , switching ON and switching OFF the compound lights, Building lights, common area lightings, filling of diesel in DG set fuel tanks (Diesel will be supplied by BSNL), attending day to day electrical faults and replacement of chokes, tubes, capacitors, MCBs, Fuses, interconnection wires etc. for Telephone Exchange and annexed staff quarters (Materials are not included and will be arranged separately), periodically cleaning of fittings, fans, electrical panels, DBs, Risers, DG sets, Pump sets, electrical Panel room & Pump rooms, Sub Stations yards, control panels, Package AC, WAC & Split AC filters and supply & filling of distilled water in DG set starting batteries, maintaining log books for DG sets, Package AC units, EB supply system and Pump sets and Electrical complaint log books, recording complaints in complaint register and its reddressals etc. by deploying qualified operative & maintenance staff & arranging required tools, tackles, ladders etc. complete as required.
