Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, including dismantling / segregation of serviceable bricks and stacked properly for re-use ,complete all as specified & directed.
Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for.
Taking down cement plaster/wall tiles including backing etc from brick/stone walls / concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key , scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.
Rough excavation not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.
Rough excavation exc 1.5 m but not exc 3.0 m deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.
Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (exceeding 1.50 m in depth but not exceeding 3.00 m, exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50 m complete all as specified and directed.

RCC M-25 design mix (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation, including raft , footings, foundation beams, plinth beams bases for columns and mass concrete.
RCC M-25 design mix (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in beams, cantilivers, bressummers, lintel over 1.5m span.

Rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.
Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.
All as per Srl item No 25 here-in-before but other than fair faces of brick work.
Applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali-resistant primer on concrete or newly plastered wall surfaces incl preparation of new plastered surfaces.
All as per Srl item No. 27 here in before but on old surfaces.
S&F rolled mild steel in angle sections fixed independently without connecting plate as in double swan neck fencing of Fe-410-W , Gde E-250A.
S&F Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2.00 mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing, straining and fixing to any type of standard rails and straining bolts incl securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire stapples or steel pins etc all as specified. ( Each line wire to be measured)
M&L for framed work such as grills, gratings etc with end of bars shouldered or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars confirming to Fe-290, Gde-E-165.
Supply and fixing only PVC (SWR) Pipe single socketed, 110 mm dia as in weep holes.
M&L painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparing the new untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth.
All as per Srl item No. 33 here in before but on old surfaces.
Supply & fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600mm dia, stretched to 6 metre length, having 50 Nos Spiral turns per 6 metre length, spring core wire (2.59mm thick) of high tensile strength of 1620 N/Sqmm with tape (0.52mm thick) Hot dip galvanised upto 20 microns, weight of each coil 8.50 Kg and fixing the same on existing Y - shaped angle iron with 6 horizontal RBT (Reinforced Barbed Tape) wire, stud tied with GI staple and GI clips to retain horizontal, clips shall be @ 5 Nos per 2 spiral turns approximate 125 clips per coil including necessary bolts complete all as specified & as directed.
Note: The schedule of credit has been attached in tender in Pdf format and amount of credit schedule i.e. Rs 100000.00 shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
