Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, Fan, Socket or power) fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets etc complete removing material to store for keeping in safe custody and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc all as specified as directed.

Taking unserviceable sub main wiring of any type/size including wires, conduits/battens etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down unserviceable MCB DB's/AC's box of any size/rating complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for point wiring complete with stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm size (Nominal area) PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS Grade cable 1100 volts grade confirming to IS: 694 for phase and neutral drawn in and including medium duty concealed PVC conduit confirming to ISI marked not less than 20mm dia with concealed sunk-in pressed steel terminal boxes of required size not less than 1.2 mm thick factory made and painted with stove enamelled black paint top cover 2.80 mm thick plastic laminated sheet of required colour fixed with brass screwes and cup washers including single core stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed cable as earth wire to common earth and connected to earth dolly drawn in same concealed conduit complete all as specified for the following :-

One light point controlled by one switch with cables 1.5 Sqmm size all as specified and directed.

One fan point/Exhaust fan controlled by one switch with cables 1.5 Sqmm size all as specified and directed.

One 5 pin socket oulet 5/6 amps on same board including single core stranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed cable drawn in same conduit as earth wire to the common earth and connecting to earth dolly all as specified.

One 3 pin socket outlet, 6 Amps, independent, with cables 1.5 sqmm of size all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs switch piano, flush type single pole, one way, 6 Amps, 240 volts complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs socket outlet 2 in 1, 3 pin 5 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix switch in repairs socket combination 6 Amps/16 Amps, 5 in 1, flush type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs ceiling roses, 3 phase, PVC/Polycarbonate, isolated body complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs stepped type electronic fan regulator flush type on the existing phenolic laminated sheet etc as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of 20 watt (4ft long) decorative box type fitting with blue coloured end caps for LED tube etc complete with all accessories internally pre-wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable from ceiling rose to terminal block and testing complete all as specified and as directed at site.

Supply and fix in replacement of 12 watt 2 ft decorative box type fitting with coloured end caps for LED tube etc complete with all accessories internally pre-wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable from ceiling rose to terminal block and testing complete all as specified and as directed at site.

Taking down ceiling fan (C/F of any size/make), cleaning its dust properly oiling and hanging the same back to its original position including connecting the wire to ceiling rose etc complete after completing the wiring all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) The spares like cotter pin, nuts & bolts, rubber bush & hooks etc defective/damage deemed to be replaced and make the ceiling fans functional. The rates quoted for the same deemed to be included for the above job.

Taking down exhaust fan and re-connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose to exhaust fan after cleaning all dust complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) The spares like nuts & bolts etc defective/damage deemed to be replaced and make the fans functional. The rates quoted for the same deemed to be included for the above job.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6mm thick burried directly in ground not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level (with the top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 m below the normal ground level) connected to GI earth wire 4 mm by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point with and including necessary excavation and earth work in any strata PCC pit 1:3:6 type C-1, 20mm bore medium grade GI pipe for watering 15mm bore light grade pipe for GI wire protection and funnel including 40mm thick RCC slab cover and testing on completion all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of LED building light luminaire 30 watt, pressure die cast aluminium housing with heat resistant toughened glass & IP66 protection complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- Cat.No. PCGLS 01 30 of polycab or equivalent out of makes spd in list of makes.

M&L for in replacement of bracket made from GI pipe light grade 40mm bore bent to shape as required at site for street light fitting 1.2 mtr in length and fixed on wall/pole including necessary MS clamps, nuts, bolts and washers including welding and painting complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix lamp holder, PVC/Polycarbonate type with back plate suitable for batten fitting including with one number 12 watt LED lamp complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement MCB, DB , SPN 8 way suitable for single phase 240 volts with 100 Amps rated bus bar, double door type suitable for mounting incoming and outgoing MCB's single/double pole complete all as specified and as directed at site.

Supply and fixing in replacement of MCB signle pole 6-32 Amps 230 volts 'C' series complete all as specified and as directed.
