Complete repairing of 215 H.P Aqua make non clog sewage submersible motor pump sets at MPS Gaughat sewage pumping station including following works.

Transportation of motor pump set from site to work shop and after repair work shop to site loading unloading by crane.

Complete dismantling of the motor pump set carefully and cutting and removing of old burnt copper wire from stator & cleaning of stator slot by CTC.

Providing and fixing of super enameled F–class hermetic polyester insulation copper winding wire. (86 Kg. each)

Providing of insulating material F-class insulating paper, fiber glass tap root, impair cloth, soldering wire etc as per required.

Cleaning of stator winding removing moisture & varnishing of stator winding by Dr. Back varnish, drawing and Labor charges for fully rewinding of motor.

Providing and fixing of lower bearing as per sample & size any standerd make

Providing and fixing of upper bearing as per sample & size any standerd make

Providing and fixing of mechanical oil seal TC make carbon oil seal complete as per sample & size any standard make

Providing and fixing of “O‘’ ring.

Providing of cooling oil (15 Lit. each)

Making & fixing of s.s. check nut as per size for impeller.

Providing & fixing of s. s. cup type fasteners as per sample.(16 No. each)

Taking out of rotor shaft impeller side metal filling on pump shaft and re threading as per required size and re threading of chapping plate and complete fitting of rooter assembly and chapping plate.

Complete refitting of motor pump set inside the sump well i/c cable connection, etc pump on foundation and trial & testing with complete loading and unloading by crane.

Complete repair & welding work of motor pump set locking thiya by using 12 m.m. plates & making new locks, holes etc. work. All work directed by engineer in charge.

Complete repair & refitting of chaping plate including cutting & welding work.

Providing & labor charge for cleaned with use of sent paper & scaper for the motor pump & parts. Where to be required and after that Redoxide to be done at required parts than two coats of as per required oil paints for motor pump and parts.

Providing & fixing of 70 sq. m.m. unarmoured 4 core 440/1100 volt grade heavy duty copper power cable with completecramping type copper lugs as per ISI specification by pressure tools & other required work, soldering of lugs cramping.
