Demolition of brick work or stone /boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Brick work using old size sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1 : 6 complete all as soecified and directed.

M & L Brick work using old size bricks (Except brick) straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1 : 6 complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Old retrived brick obtain in serviceable condition shall be used in work.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in plinth protection and path and finishing even & smooth without using extra cement laid in bays with construction joint at every three meter interval and at every change of direction. the joint shall be (10 mm wide 75 mm deep) filled with mixture of bitumen and sand in 1:3 ratio by weight complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for prep of new plastered surfaces & applying 2 coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkaline primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of asbestos cement sheets of any description (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 6mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets fixed with L-type or J-type or crankd hook bolts in roofs,complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling any type including cement mortar bedding complete all as specified and directed.

S&F glazed coloured ceramic tiles of sizes 350x250x7mm/450x350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match surface of tiles over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Non Skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceedifng 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors and skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. Laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 16-18 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps , jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking plateforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) 15 mm thick CM including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down of 15 mm dia steel tubing and connections complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down of 20 mm dia steel tubing and connections complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 15 mm dia GI pipe medium grade ISI marked incl all fittings laid in floors /fixed on walls including making good disturbed surface with CM (1:3) match with existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
