Dismandling /remove the rusted MS pipe carefully with out damaging the cooling tower with using gas cutting machine, Material and labour for welding MS ERW pipe medium grade of 250mm dia including provison of necessary MS elbows, Bends, socket etc all as directed. Make- Jindal / TATA / zolotto

Removing the CT fan motor from 120 TR capacity cooling tower 10 HP carefully and transported to rewinding shop. (a) Dismantling the motor and taking out the burnt copper winding / fiber strip / insulating materials and worn out ball bearing - 2 no (b) Clean the stator slots by CTC solution and rewind on stator slots with super enameled copper wire of existing gauge with insulating materials / fiber strip / varnishing and made terminal connection of fiber glass coated wire. (c) Replacement of ball bearing - 2 No (d) Assembling the motor and painting with two coat of primer and one coat of synthetic enamel paint as directed by the engr-in-charge. (e) Transporting to the motor to the site refixing on cooling tower with new bolts and nuts with correct alignment apply grease and connecting electrical connections testing complete alll as directed and specified by the Engr-in-charge

Supply and fix rotar shaft suitable for 10 HP capacity CT fan motor complete assembly etc all as directed.

Supply and fix aluminium hub made out from alluminium casing with aluminium blade suitable for 120 TR capacity cooling tower CT fan motor complete set including balancing testing etc all as directed

Dismantling unsv MS cooling chamber carefully and providing necessary MS scaffolding support to cooling tower supply and fix MS suction cooling chamber made out from C class MS iron including replacement of rusted bolts and nuts etc all as directed.

Supply and fix Butterfly valves of size 250mm dia including removing unsvn butterfly valve etc all as directed

Supply and charge R-22 refrigerent gas

Supply and fix shaft seal assembly suitable for 120 TR capacity voltas make compressor all as directed at site

Supply and fix rubber tyre coupling suitable for 120 TR capacity compressor motor including taking out U/S rubber coupling etc all as directed.

Supply and fix water pressure gauge of 100mm dia with 15 mm dia stem including removing of unsv pressure gauge etc all as directed at site.

Supply and charge compressor oil servo frizol F-68 grade of IOC / BPCL / Hindustan petroleum all as directed

Supply and fix pressuse release valve up to 400 PSI including taking out the unsvn release valve etc all as directed.

Supply and fix programme logic controller (PLC) microprocessor based controlcomplete assembly controlling the compressor, AHU, pumpset, chiller unit etc complete including modification to suit new PLC Board and controll wiring complete etc all as directed.

Supply and fix chiller water sensor to control the chiller temperature including taking out the unsvn sensor etc all as directed.

Disconnecting and dismantling the monoblock pumpset of capacity 15HP transported to work shop remove the worn out bearing 2 Nos, supply and fix ball bearing ball bearing -2 Nos cleaning the starter winding and applying varnish and reassembling the pumpset and refixing back to orginal position including replacement of worn out gland packing couples stem bolts and nuts etc all as directed.

Removing / Replacement of AHU Belt SPA 1700.

Removing / Replacement of AHU Belt SPA 1360.

Removing / Replacement of AHU Belt SPA 1220.

Removing / Replacement of AHU Belt SPA 1600.

Dismantling existing cooling tower side cover carefully without damaging the other portion of cooling tower removing unserviceable PVC fills carefully from cooling tower supply and fix PVC fills for 200 TR capacity cooling tower including replacement of unserviceable bolts and Nuts etc all as directed.
