Dismantling/Extraction of 150 mm dia Sluice valve from installed position by way of cutting the rusted nuts bolts and carriage to work shop for repairs. Extracting the flap along with sluice valve rod from the valve and fabrication of new valve rod and nut as per sample. Fabrication and fitting of flap and casing seat and turning of same for proper fitting of flap in the casing and fitting of same with the replacement of gasket sheet and nut bolts. Reinstalling of sluice valve at it installed position by providing , fitting new sheet and nut bolts to make joint leakage proof and testing on full load. Job includes the cost of material, labour charges, carriage to and fro at site. complete job.
Dismantling/Extraction of 150mm dia NRV from installed position by way of cutting the rusted nuts bolts and carriage to work shop for repairs. Extracting the flap along with balancing rod from the NRV casing .Fabrication of new flap out of M.S sheet as per sample and adjusting the flap and balancing handle in such a way that proper working of flap in NRV casing. Welding of flap handle properly to maintain the free and smooth flow of flap. Fabrication and fitting of casing sheet as per sample. Reassembling of NRV and fitting of same at it installed position by providing rubber sheet and nut and bolts to make joint leak proof and testing on full load. Job includes the cost of material, labour charges, carriage to and fro at site. complete job.
