Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid bedded and pointed in any mortar laid on roof slab and removing debris to a distance exc 250 mtr and not exc 500 m all as directed.

Complete Removal of existing water proofing treatment including plaster of any thikness/ description in any position including cleaning with wire brush, watering and removing of debris up to 1500 mtr distance as directed complete.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.including removal of dust, debries/rubbish to a distance not exc 500 mt, complete all as specified and as directed.

Grubbing up small trees girth exc 5cm but n.exc 20 cm over roof slab/wall including digging out roots, filling holes with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 or in cement mortar (1:3) and leveling the surfaces as directed including cleaning the site by removal of unserviceable material to a distance n.exc 50m all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for in any type floor etc. all as specified.

M & L for bedding layer of PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in roof terrace finished even & fair complete all as specified & as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement with Water proofing compound complete all as specified. Note: WPL shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for water proofing treatment to existing roof slab using APP memrane as under:- (a) Apply a uniform coat of blown bitumen grade VG- 30 at 1.20 Kg/Sqm confirming to IS 702. (b) APP modified pre fabricated membrane mineral finish, 3 mm thick and weighing not less than 3.8 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester matt black finished torch applications for membrane with 100 mm overlap after necessary preparation of surface complete as per manufacturers instructions. (C) Apply a uniform coat of bitumen primer at 0.70 kg/Sqm (d) Apply aluminium paint on top at 0.1 Kg/Sqm all as specified and as directed. All the angles, abutments and the drainage outlets shall be sealed with extra care to ensure full bondage. Note: The work shall be executed through manufacturer's applicator as approved by GE

Supply only integral Water proofing compound.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel / fiber sheeting any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings etc. all as directed.

Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated etc.) sheets in roof coverings all as directed.

S&F 6 mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roofs, walls, fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified.

S& 6 mm thick Non Asbestos fibre cement one piece plain angular ridge fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified.

Supply and fix Prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 MPA as in roof covering/ cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No.13 above but except sheet (corrugated galvalume sheet obtained from item No 10 shall be reused) including filling of holes with chemical adhesive of Tar plast of STP/ equivalent chemical all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No.16 above but except sheet . (Plain galvalume sheet obtained from item No 10 shall be reused)

Supply and fix Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in Valley gutters with self tapping screws including removal of adjacent roof covering sheets and re fixing in its original position after fixing of Valley gutter all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 2mm thick clear embossed/opal white polycarbonate sheet with UV stabiliser having at least 60-80% transparency as per relevant IS including fixing side and lapse with seal cover complete all as specified and as directed

Repairs to holes on galvalume sheet by applying chemical adhesive with Tar plast of STP/ equivalent material complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and installation high performance industrial roof vent of 600mm dia neck of aluminium alloy designed to meet ASS-2428 dated 28 Jan 93 to wind speed of 200 km/hr and to the entry of wind driven rain at a range of 2.50 lit per sec inclusive of base plate and all accessories including taking down the existing unserviceable roof vent etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as directed.

Supply and fix angles, channel, or Tee sections, fixed independently without connecting plates, etc., cut to ordinary lengths fixed as in beams and purlin conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix flat iron conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 for fixing of gutters with necessary bolt and nut complete all as directed.

All as per item No 24 here-in-before but except flat iron only. Note: FI obtained from item No 22 shall be reused.

Material and labour for rolled mild steel sections as in main and cross beams , hip and jack rafters: purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates of Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide on new steel surfaces exc 10cm width or girth including preparation complete all as specified.

Material and labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide on new steel surfaces n exc 10cm width or girth including preparation complete all as specified.

Material and labour for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old steel surfaces exc 10cm width or girth including preparation complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc all as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Material and labour for two coats of cement base paint on new wall surfaces including preparation complete all as specified.

Disconnecting existing tanks, exc 500 & n.exc 1000 lit capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position.

Cleaning , repair /refixing RWP pipes of wherever required to keep in position in gutter with necessary fittings, (Mild steel clamp,strip and accessory is measured and paid separately)

S&F MS work clamps straps ,supports or stays for rain water pipes ,vent pipes,hold fast,incl nut bolts complete confirming to Fe -290 Talc-E-165 all as specified and as directed
