EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Taking out carefully existing serviceable water meter and refixing the same by CMWSSB authorities, including all required accessories, complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY: M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level with top edge earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5M below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 32 X 6 mm (upto 7.5 metres) by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized steel and connected to main switch board or main control board as directed and including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover slab 45 cm x 45 cm x 5 cm reinforced with 8 mm dia. TMT bars @ 150 mm centre to centre both ways, with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm dia MS bar, provision of funnel, wire mesh, 20 mm bore galvanized steel tubing (Medium grade) for watering, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers, 40 mm bore galvanized steel tubing medium grade for protection of earth lead connection, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and including necessary testing, complete all as shown in Figure 15A of IS 3043 :1987, complete all as specified and directed.

COMPOUND WALL, FENCING AND GATES: S&F 600mm dia punched type concertina coil (50 turns per coil) 0.5mm thick low carbon heavy galvanised cold rolled steel sheet as per IS:513, Confirm to heavy galvanised high tensile spring steel wire as per IS:4454 and confirming to heavy duty steel clips as per IS:2062, deep drawn quality with galvanising coating (minimum 230GSM) having medium barbs of specification barb length : 24+1mm pitch between two barbs 35+1 and weight of coil should not be less than 1.42 kg/RM including fixed in position in between "Y" shaped angle iron post with barbed wire fence complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The barbed wire shall be measured and separately. After stretching the concertina coil length of the compound wall on which it has been stretched shall be considered for measurement.

Demolition of old shower, health faucet, PVC connection pipe & waste pipe of any description, complete all as specifed and directed.

Demolition of old kitchen sink and plate rack of any description, complete all as specifed and directed.

Taking out old/existing MCB DB SPN/TPN of any description complete by disconnecting, complete all as specifed and directed.
