Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.complete.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , applied in two layers ie. 1st layer of 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6 ) and 2nd ( top ) layer of 5 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 and top layer mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction & finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of BOQ.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in Cement Mortar (1:3) on ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Dubbing coat with cement plaster 1:4 in cement mortar average 15mm thick on irregular face of wall/ concrete complete all as specified and directed

M & L for two coat of oil bound distemper (Acrylic distemper) over a coat of appropriate primer on new plastered surfaces of wall incl. preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Complete removal of existing treatment (internal and external suraces) on walls by scrapping with steel wire brush or any other means and applying two coat of oil bound distemper (Acrylic Distemper) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for two coat of oil bound distemper (Acrylic Distemper) over & including a coat of 1mm thick white cement based putty on new plastered surfaces of wall incl. preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of the newly plastered surafces of walls & applying two coat of cement base paint on wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L complete removal of existiong treatment (internal and external) on walls by scrapping with steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot/ plants roots from wall/chhajjas and applying two coat of cement based paint on walls including preparation of old plastered or un plastered surface complete all as speified and directed.

M&L for preparation of the newly plastered surfaces of ceiling & applying 3 coats of white wash on ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment of old plastered surfaces and applying two coats of white wash on ceilings complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing roof treatment incl preparation of old roof surface for roof treatment including removal of cement plaster/cement concrete of any thickness from roof surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge Note: All debris obtained from taking down shall be removed 1.5 km to 2 km complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for provn of water proffing roof treatment to RCC roof with APP modifed membrane, thickness of membrane not less than 3 mm and weighing not less than 3 kg/sqm comprising with following items complete all as specified and directed , comprising of following items from Ser item No 16.01 to 16.02 (For Non-Accessible Roof )

Item no. 16.00 contd... The surface of roof, parapet and gutters, drain mouths, etc. over which waterproofing treatment is to be applied shall be cleaned of all foreign matter such as, fungus, moss, dust etc by wire brushing and dusting. For drain out lets a grove shall be cut around to tuck in the treatment. Concrete angle-fillets shall be provided at junctions between roofs and vertical faces of walls (parapet and other walls) around obstacles such as pipes, chimneystacks, etc. and other similar situation to ease up about corners. Bituminious based Primer conforming to IS: 3384 @ 0.3 Kg/Sqm to be applied on prepared surface, till the surface is property impregnated. After the application of approved bituminous primer the APP water proofing membrane shall be laid on the primed surface by torch application method as per manufacturer’s instruction. The overlap while torching shall be 100mm in longitudinal direction and 100mm in transverse direction. All overlap joints shall be sealed thoroughly by thermo fusing both the membrane layer and seling it with the help of hot trowel. The overlap joints shall be made as a monolithic layer. NOTE :- (i) APP membrane shall be single, non woven, polyster reinforced (Central core) as specified. (ii) The APP membrane shall be laid through authorized applicator of the manufacture.

Item no. 16.00 contd... All joints and changes in direction should be curved with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with SBR latex @ 200ml per bag of cement and cured well before laying the membrane. A fillet of PCC (1:2:4) of 100x100mm shall be provided at all junctions of vertical and horizontal surfaces and wherever there is a change of direction. The membrane should not be taken over at any steep turns and hence all corners/timers should be rounded. Apply two coats of bituminous aluminium paint over APP membrane @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm complete all as per manufacturers instructions.

M&L for provn of water proffing roof treatment to RCC roof with APP modifed membrane, thickness of membrane not less than 3 mm and weighing not less than 3 kg/sqm comprising with following items and complete all as specified and directed , comprising of following items from Ser item No 17.01 to 17.02 (For Accessible Roof )

M & L for Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in in cement mortar 1:3 on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces; mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions (water proofing compound to be measured & paid separately as supply only) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate in leveling course, slope correction,kerbs(other than roof kerbs), coping etc finished even & rough mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions (water proofing compound to be measured & paid separately as supply only) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L of water proofing treatment to toilet area of sunken floor complete all as specified and as directed with following course of description below:- (a) Applying first layer of cement slurry @ 0.488Kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementation composite compound coating @ 0.253Kg/Sqm of make as approved in technical instruction 5/2003 and be allowed to air cure of 4 Hours. (b) Second layer of cement slurry @ 0.242Kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementation composite compound coating @0.126Kg/Sqm and be allowed to air cure of 4 Hours. (c ) Followed with water curing and testing for leak proof by ponding test for 72 Hours

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:5:10, type E2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations / mass concrete complete all as specified.

M&L for 50mm dia light grade GI pipe as in spout to drain out if any leakage occures in the sunken portion complete all as specified and as directed
