Periodical Maintenance, Operation and Repair of electrical installation of 11 KV / 415 V sub station, HT and LT distribution panels, AMF Panels, UPS System, Battery Charger, battery maintenance ,operation of DG sets at various locations by attending complaints, Electrical Installation of New teriminal building and operational area NAVAIDS, complete GLF System(CCR,Taxiway Lighting and Approach lighting System), Street light/parking lights/high mast/flag high mast, maintenance of earth pits, Apron light and perimeter lighting, operations and maintenance of Hydro Pneumatic Water Supply System, maintenance of rooftop 50 KWp solar plant etc. and attending the day to day complaints on all days i/c Sunday and Holiday by following minimum man power per day (on all days i/c sunday / Weekly offs & other holidays), tools & tackles and attending the break-down and preventive maintenance as per Special Conditions of Contract. (a) Supervisor - Highly Skilled - 02 No. - (General Shift- 313 days in Year ) (b) Wireman/opeartor - Skilled - 11 Nos. (Reliever Shall be Provided on Weekly Off/Holiday ) (c) Helper - Unskilled - 04 Nos. (Reliever Shall be Provided on Weekly Off / Holiday) (d) Wireman - Skilled - 02 Nos. (General Shift- 313 days in Year ) (e) Helper - Unskilled - 02 Nos. (General Shift- 313 days in Year ) ( Note: Contractor has to provide Reliever on Weekly Offs / Holidays of above required staffs except general shift manpower ( 02Nos skilled wireman, 02 Nos Unskilled Helper, 02Nos Supervisor Highly Skilled))

Testing the BDV value and PH value by applying minimum 40 KV for 1 minute of transformer oil of two samples (top and bottom) and submission of report as required.(02 no.of 01MVA & 400 KVA Transformers: Total Qty:03)

Filteration & Dehydration of transformer oil at site up to a level of relavent IS Dielectric strength for transformers i/c replacement of gasket if required complete as required installed at Prayagraj Airport including submission of test reports before & after dehydration of oil. Inspection servicing and testing of one number of 400KVA distribution transformer 11 kv/ 433 V installed at old teriminal building i/c carring out the following tests and submitting test reports: a) General inspection b) IR value test primary to secondary, primary to earth , secondary to earth c) Votage ratio check at all tap position, d) Bucholtz relay operation e) OTI operation f) WTI operation g) Tap changer operation Check h) Cleaning of transformer and replacement of silica gel

(Job includes checking of internal wiring of VCB and Panel and taking corrective action for proper operation of breaker/panel including minor repairing works and supply of the consumables.)

Servicing, repairing of fully automatic sensor type hand dryers (Make: Euronics/d line) including replacement of wornout / defective parts like sensors, i/c transportation from site to workshop & back to site. (Dismantled Material belongs to contractor).

Repair and rewinding of submersible pump motor set of above 2 HP and upto 10 HP Job include transportation of motor dismantling and rewinding with the same gage insulated copper wire including replacement of all the internal worn out / defective parts i.e bushes, impellers, sleeves, upper and lower bush sets, thrust bearing, oil seals, rotor grinding and balancing, assembling, testing, transportation etc. complete as required.

Lifting ,lowering, Repair of submersible pumps upto 10 HP from existing borewell/open well & installation, testing and commissioning at site by using tripod and other tools, including its connected pipe & cable, packings, nut bolts etc and making water proof joint in submersible cable complete as required.

Repair and servicing of Hydro pneumatic & monoblock pump system (Make: Wilo) including the cost of spares for trouble shooting and breakdown maintenance etc. as required as per good engineering practice, recommendation of the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and instructions of Engineer-in-charge for maintaining the system in acceptable, functional, operational and serviceable state of the following system. Hydro pneumatic pump system model: Switch Box WMP PC System + 1.5/2.2 kW / IE2/00 ( 02 working + 01 standby) 01 set consisting of suction and discharge manifold, NRV, DRP, VFD, Control panel, isolating valves, Pressure Gauge, pressure Transmitter, base Frame, GWS make Pressure tank etc.

All inclusive comprehensive maintenance contract and including attending preventive & breakdown maintenance of following wall mounted Split type Single phase Air conditioning units at different locations(GP, DVOR, ILS, Admin building and Anciliary Building etc.) including providing all necessary consumable items & spares, compressor, motor etc. complete as required along with their stabilizers of different make and capacities including interconnecting wiring etc. as required - for period of two Years.

The CMC shall include consumables like RO Filters,pumps etc & spare parts. The job includes visit charges of Service personnel from the Manufacturer or Authorised Service Dealer or Specialised Agency for carrying out Minimum 01(One) Monthly Preventive Maintenance visit for satisfactory working condition of the system (OR) Breakdown maintenance visit as and when required basis till the complete rectification of the breakdown irrespective of number of visits to attend the same breakdown, complete as required.

Job include quarterly visit of engineer, performing periodincal maintenance as per OEM's recommendations, attending unlimited complaints / breakdown calls, taking rectification action, supply and replacement of all spare parts as and when required except batteries, ensuring serviceability/ satisfactory working condition of the system, preparing records/ documents etc. as per terms and conditions complete as requied.

Decorating City side of New Terminal Building of prayagraj Airport with LED / Decorative Lights on the occasion of national holidays and festivals etc., as required. on rental basis with different type of Parcan Lights/ LED Series with provision for operation as per National Flag theme (Tri colour) for Outdoor Use, including Supply & Installation of Lights with suitable mounting arrangements, wiring/cabling, loading, unloading, transportation, dismantling etc. (The rate shall be quoted for hiring charges of the assorted decorative lights on per day basis including installation and dismantalling).

Annual Comprehensive maintenance contract of existing one number of 54 meter long electrically operated trolley gate including Servicing, repairing, supply and replacement of minor/ major spares as per requirement and to attend breakdown/ maintenance calls as and when required and ensure safe functioning of trolley gate to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge including technical support and spares from OEM or equivalent manufacturer approved by Engineer-in-charge. The double track Trolley gate consists of automation system make CAME BY - 3500 T, motor drive (750 W, 400 V), PCB card/ Electronic components, power transmitting device, chain, control panel, cable winder, cables, all safety devices, MS Structure of gate, track, roller, bearings, shafts, stoppers, radio remote, obstruction flash lights etc and i/c all accessories.as per SCC and technical specifications of the contract. a) Size: 54 mtr long (approx.), Qty: 01. The Automatic Sliding Door consists of automation system make Geze BY - Motor, Controller, Electronic components, power transmitting device, belt,clamp, rollars, cable winder, cables, all safety devices, stoppers, etc and i/c all accessories. a) Frameless Biparting glass door set with side panel to provide clear sliding opening of WD 2 x HT 2.4 M (approx.) : Qty: 12 no.s The work involves unlimited breakdown calls, quarterly maintenance visit and as and when required by Authorised service engineer for Doors , carrying out preventive and scheduled maintenance as per OEM recommendation and as per SCC and technical specifications of the contract.

Execution of Complete items of CPWD Delhi scheduleof rates (E&M) 2018.[Up to a Ceiling limit of Rs.400,000.00 without GST]. The materials used for executing the DSR items shall be as per the approved make list of AAI, as enclosed with the tender document. (Note: the firm has to quote / upload the percentage above / below (+/-) % on the quantity mentioned against this item directly in the form of multiplying factor in the rate coloumn as clarified below. The rate provided in DSR 2018 is inclusive of GST, however the contractor has to quote the percentage rate excluding GST).
