Annual maintenance for repairing of 900 mm dia M.S./ PSC raw water rising main from Morshi Jackwell to WTP Dawargaon for year 2025-26.

Daily Patrolling of Raw Water Rising Main, by experienced fitter & his team for regular maintenance of Air valves on RWRM (Air Valve ball & gasket will be provided by MIDC), Inspection of Raw Water Rising Main for finding out the leakages and fault on the pipeline and informing immediately to the MIDC Office, Amravati for getting permission for repairing of 900 mm Raw Water Rising Main by 1) Replacement of damaged portion of PSC pipe by MS pipe with machine ends. 2) Repairing of MS portion of RWRM . 3) Repairing of PSC Joints. 4) Repairing of expansion Joints by following All regular procedure of repairing of RWRM etc. complete

Replacement of PSC pipe by MS pipe :- Replacement of damaged PSC pipe on Raw Water Rising Main including excavation of trenches by JCB for fast opening of pipeline, closing the near by sluice valve of RWRM, dewatering the pipeline by using suitable No. & size of dewatering sets continuously till the empty of pipeline, transportation of pipe & other material from Store at Dawargaon, lowering & lifting of pipe by using crane, welding of M.S.pipe & machine ends by using crane,welding of M.S.pipe & machine ends by using welding sets, using gas cutter for proper shaping of pipeline, using suitable size M.S. Strips for the patch work of pipeline. After completion of work, opening of sluice valves, testing the pipeline for leakages if any. Rectifying the leakages of pipeline and filling the complete portion of pipeline by using hard murum. (Machine ends, M.S.pipe will be provided by MIDC at free of cost.) Job

Repairing by welding of M.S. Line:- Repairing of M.S. Pipeline of Raw water rising main, including excavation of trenches by JCB for fast opening of pipeline, closing the nearby sluice valve of RWRM, dewatering the pipeline by using suitable size dewatering sets continuously till the empty of pipeline, transportation of machinery by tipper, welding of M.S. portion of pipeline by using welding sets, using gas cutter for proper shaping of pipelines, using suitable size M.S. Strips for the patch work of pipeline. After completion of work, opening of sluice valves, testing the pipeline for leakages if any. Rectifying the leakages of pipeline for leakages of pipeline and filling the complete portion of pipeline by using hard murum

Repairing of Expansion Joint : - Repairing of 900 mm diameter Expansion Joint on M.S. portion of Raw Water Rising Main including closing the nearby sluice valve of RWRM, dewatering the pipeline by using suitable size dewatering sets continuously till the empty of pipeline,transportation of machinery by tipper including dismantling of complete of failed rubber cord, cracked nut bolts by new one by using Crane, Turfer Machine, Screw Jacks , chain pulley block etc complete. (All pipeline maintenance materials shall be provided by MIDC free of cost at MIDC Store.) After completion of work, opening of sluice valves, testing the pipeline for leakages if any. Rectifying the leakages of expansion joint on RWRM.

Repairing by Socket Leak Repair Clamp :- Repairing of PSC Joint of Raw Water Rising Main including excavation of trenches by JCB for fast opening of pipeline, closing the nearby sluice valve of RWRM, dewatering the pipeline by using suitable size dewatering sets continuously till the empty of pipeline, transportation of machinery by tipper. Repairing the PSC Joint by using pig lead, rubber cord etc . (All pipeline maintenance materials shall be provided by MIDC free of cost at MIDC Store). After completion of work, opening of sluice valves, testing the pipeline for leakages if any. Rectifying the leakages of pipeline and filling the complete portion of pipeline by using hard murum

Removing of dumped materials / debris during development of N. Highway over chamber including Identifying location of Valve Chamber on RWRM , clearing water way, cleaning of chambers manually etc. Misc Civil repairs

Providing electric welding to 900 mm dia MS Pipe / Washout / Air Valve / pipe orcat other place including MS sheet patch including all material cutting and welding machinery by removing any debris etc complete

Providing 900 mm dia M.S clamp with peripherical clits and tightening nut bolts for jointing M.S & PSC socket including M.S sheet, cutting, welding,fabricatin as per sample connection material

Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete using granite or black trap graded metal including mixing in a mechanically operated mixer, dewatering, compacting, curing as required complete for all lifts up to a +/- 5 m. above or below the ground level where concrete is proposed, including centering/shuttering using ordinary Portland cement. ( Rates excluding GST) (A) With Natural Sand (c) In 1:2:4 proportion.

Construction of BB masonry (230 mm thick in CM 1:6) ordinary chamber with 20 mm. thick cement plaster in 1:3 CM cement concrete bedding M-100 grade concrete and including RCC precast frame and cover etc.omplete for depth upto 1.50 m.

Supplying 50 mm to 75 mm trap stone oversize metal at the road side including, conveying and stacking etc. complete including all taxes and royalty and lead up to 10 km.) (Rates excluding GST) (b) Boulder metal.

Providing at the site of work and lowering, laying and jointing RCC NP2 class pipes conforming to IS:458-1988 in prepared trenches in grade and level, including hoisting, making rubber ring / collar joints in cement mortar 1:1, including cost of collar / rubber ring, jointing material like cement, sand etc. and hydraulic testing of the pipes at factory as well as on site as per the stipulation in relevant IS code etc. complete. Providing at departmental store or worksite fabricated M. S. Pipe and specials with socket and spigot ends for plain ends with necessary longitudinal and circumferential joints with required number of welding runs including cost of plates, welding rods & all kind of duties except octroi including loading unloading and transportation, etc. complete (Rates excluding GST) (b) M. S. Pipes & Specials with plain ends all sizes

Cleaning of Aeration fountain, channels, algies, cleaning of filter beds , loading and unloading of alum , chemical and other related work of WTP premises.

Trimming of grass, shurbs and weeds from the shoulders/berms and disposing off the same to suitable locations etc. complete

Cutting down trees including trunks and branches with girths above 60cm to 90cm and stacking the materials neatly with all lifts and lead of 1000m. as directed and earth filling in the depression/pit if any.
