Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exc. 1.5 sq. m but not exc 4 sq. m each complete all as specified and directed.

S&F tubes 15mm dia, `Medium grade' galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors including taking down old GI/PVC pipes etc complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc. and making good, cutting not exc 10cm girth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces with matching highlighter 450x300x7-8mm thick fixed over 10mm thick cement mortar rendering in CM 1:4 jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match tiles with complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for light shade vitrified ceramic tiles (of approved shade and design) area of each tiles not exc 0.38 sqm, as in floors and skirtng, etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) including dismantling of old tiling fixed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for heavy duty parking /outdoor tiles minimum 10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles not exc 0.11 sqm, in floors and skirting set and jointed in neat cement slurry and fixed over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 including demolition of old tiles all as specified and directed.

M&L 40 mm thick cement concrete type B-0 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregated) as in sub floors, sub bases, floors and paving, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for making good under cills and over archs,lintels and bressummers including all pinning where necessary in cement mortar in 1:6 all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised cold rolled steel section framework snap grid of size 600x600 mm for false ceiling and PVC coated ceiling with calcium silicate board 6mm thick of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre for fixing in 600mm x 600mm grid including 2-3mm GI haging wire (upto 1200mm length) fixed to ceiling by drilling and fixing with hold fasteners of suitable size and dismantling of exiting false ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L granite 18-20 mm thick (of approved colour and texture) (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in 15mm thick cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade or granite, rounding of edges including dismantling of old stone slab complete all as specified and directed.
