Reinforced Cement Concrete Work (Below ground Level) Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. Concrete of M40 grade with minimum cement content of 390 kg/cum.

Masonry Works Stone work in plain ashlar (one face dressed) in Sub / Super structure upto floor five level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including pointing with cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade.

Providing and fixing to wall ceiling and floor 10.0 Kg. F/Cm2 working pressure poluthene pipes of 50mm outside Dia. Low densidy, complete with special falnge compression type fittings, wall clipsetc. including making good the wall ceiling and floor.

Non Shrink Grout (Between Rock and the Concrete Surface) Providing & Grouting with Non Shrink cementitious grout of approved make by suitable means ( Free flowing /pump),curing etc. Complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. (The payment shall be made on the basis of actual weight of approved grout injected.) Stirrer mixed cementitious grout (non shrink) of approved make 2250 kg/cu.m in required area.

Steel Reinforcement for Concrete Providing TMT Bar FE 500D reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete.

Providing fusion bonded Epoxy coating not less than 175 micron thickness and up to 300 micron to reinforcement bars as per IS-13620- 1993/ASTM-775 M including testing of coating at plant.

Scaffolding system for Working Platform Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge.

Plastering work Providing 10mm thick Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 in single coat on concrete surfaces upto floor two level and finished even and smooth including curing ,etc., complete.

Shotcreting work (Rock Surface) Shotcreting the Existing Rock surface in 50mm- 2 layers of each 25mm thick with approved design mix concrete having the specified minimum characteristic compressive strength of M30 [with ordinary portland cement, coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 10 mm maximum size in proportion as per design criteria] as per 9012- 1978, including the cost of centering and shuttering at edges and corners etc. as directed by Engineer?in-Charge Note: Rates shall include the providing necessary ground wires etc. The levelling gauges, if used, shall be paid for separately. Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding/ tapping with a blunt metal instrument.
