Misc items of Works

Old size sub class 'B' bricks, laid in trenches as cable cover complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing of HDPE straight pipes for sewerage applications having nominal dia 160 mm in standard lengths not less than 5.0 metres, with co-extruded copper wire as per IS 14333 : 1996, PN-6 pressure rating with a maximum permissible working pressure of 0.6 MPa, Minimum Required Strength not less than 6.3 MPa at 20 degree celcius, Wall thickness not less than 14.6 mm and not exc. 16.2 mm, alongwith necessary fittings viz bends, tapers, tee pieces single branch, "Y" junction, collars, caps and plugs etc, including testing the joints with required water pressure complete all as specified & directed. Notes: (i) The quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive of jointing the pipes with electrofusion welding and cost of sealant used. The rates shall also be inclusive of all the necessary fittings required at site. (ii) Excavation and earth works shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and fix ductile iron flanged sluice valve of class 1.6 PN installed complete with ISI marked (IS-14846) with gun metal spindle and hand wheel incl nut bolt ,washer rubber sheet etc all as specified and directed by EIC of 150 mm dia bore.

S & F Ductile iron non return valve with flanged ends of size 150 mm dia complete incl all jointing materials such as nuts, bolts, washers, rubber gaskets etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of non clog type submersible sewage pump with following specifications:- Motor RPM 2900. Degree of Protection IP-68. Frequency 50Hz. Rated Voltage 415 V 3 Phase. Motor body - CI FG 260 With 0.3% NiCuMo Pump RPM-2900. Head-Minimum 16 Mtr . Sunction and discharge size - 100mm Direction of rotation- Clockwise from the drive end. Impeller - CI. Minimum Continuous Flow-35 m3/hrs Casing- CI FG 260 With 0.3% NiCuMo. Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing flat copper conductor PVC insulated & PVC sheathed submersible cable as per IS marked of size 25 Sqmm, 3 core working on 1100 volts, 50 Hz supply complete all as specified and directed. Note: Test certificate of cable shall be submit by the Contractor.

Supply install, testing and commissioning of factory built assembly of Indor LT panel board mounted on angle iron stand and erected on PCC bed block of suitable size, totally enclosed cubicle type with independent housing to each control with compartmentalised design with powder coated fabricated from CRCA sheet 2 mm thick of size not less than 1200 X 1200 X 300 mm & dust and vermin proof with neoprene rubber gasket and shall be suitable for operation on 440 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 cycles with including connection from MCCB(incoming) to panel board bus bar and bus bar to out going feeders with suitable size of copper cable and providing lugs, nuts, bolts with washers and insulating the same properly all as specified and comprising the following :-

Incoming :- (a) Aluminium bus bar 03 Nos for phase rating 500 Amp & one for neutral of rating 250 Amp with suitable size and lengthdul;y insulated colour code tap-01 Set (b) MCCB TPN 250 Amp 36 KA thermal adjustable type , 415 volt-01 No (c) Digital type Amp meter three phase size 96x96 mm of rating 400/5 Amp with suitable CTs -01 Set (d) Digital type Volt meter three phase size 96x96 mm of rating 415 Volt -01 Set (e) Indication lamp (RYB) LED type with toggle switch & control fuses - 01 set
