Schedule 'A' Section - I

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall, ceilling etc including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc to receive new plaster etc complete all as specified.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick cement plaster (1:3) mixed with integral liquid water proofing compound (as per manufacturer instruction) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement). Note: Integral liquid water proofing compound to be paid separately.

Supply only Integral liquid waterproofing compoundcomplete all as specified.

M & L Rendering 5 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in ceiling in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of oil bound distempering over a coat of Chalk whitening etc complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of oil bound distempering over a coat of Chalk whitening in ceiling etc complete all as specified.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel Surfaces of any descri-ption, over 10cm in width or girth , not other wise described, including preparation of new surface complete all as specified.

Demolition of Cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level).

M & L for Cement concrete Type B-2 1:2:4 (40 mm graded stone aggregate in surface channels and drains complete all as specified.

M&L for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete type B-2 (40 mm graded stone agg) as sub-floor, sub-bases, floors and pavings etc including use and waste of form work/screed strips and to divide the area in panels & finishing surfaces of concrete topping even and fair (without using extra cement), and finishing surfaces of concrete in sub-floors, sub-bases, etc. even and rough to receive the topping layer and also include for finishing exposed edges fair or rounding or chamfering of exposed edges, where directed and laying concrete in narrow widths, risers, treads, landings and the like complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick or stone masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc but excluding ashlars facing dressed stone work and precast concrete block, complete all as specified. Note: The rates include taking down walls, etc, with plaster but the measurements will be exclusive of plaster thickness. In case of pavings and floors the rates include for removal of bedding layer.

Cement concrete Type B-2 1:2:4 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

S & F in repair 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing precast ce- ment concrete Type C-1 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate) in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone walling) corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throat- ing etc. and setting in mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match including necessary use and waste of forms, moulds or machine moulds and setting the blocksas specified.

M & L for raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses in cement concrete 1:4 complete all specified.

S&F Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging, also fastening and fixing complete.

Dismantling of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, laid dry complete all as specified.

M & L for boulder filling dry, handpacked tightly, as in wire crate apron bunds (Wire crate measured separately).

S & F 4mm dia galvanised steel wire, 150x100mm mesh, made up into mattresses or cages, lapped, wired and laid in position, including closing after filling complete all as specified.

Amount of credit of Rs. 384902.80 for retrived old material as mentioned in Schedule 'A' section-II of tender document in pdf form, will be deducted offline while acceptence of tender.
