Daily sweeping and cleaning of parking area, staircase, common area inside the building and roof area including disposal of sweeping material/sludge/rubbish/garbage & dead small animals etc. to the dustbin/dhalaoo for all lead and lift by deploying two safai-karamchari with T&P complete as per direction by engineer-in-charge.

Deployment of beldar or coolie for cleaning RWH (Rain water harvesting) including scrubbing of entire surface area thoroughly with wire brush and replacement of sand and if required bajri during pre monsoon, after every two rainfalls and post monsoon as per direction of engineer-in-charge. Payment will be done as per actual measurement. NOTE- For each Cleaning 4 beldar and 2 Mate will required for proper cleaning.

Daily cleaning of sewer line, manholes, storm water drain by deploying one sewerman with T&P as per requirement of site and instructions of Engineer-in-charge.

Daily maintenance of water supply main pipe line, distribution pipe line and delivery pipe line by deploying one fitter (Gr.II) with helper with T&P as per requirement of site and instructions of Engineer-in-charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Routine maintenance of flush doors shutters, fiber board doors and other wooden works by deploying one carpenter (class-2) with helper with T&P as per requirement of site and instructions of Engineer-in-charge.

Routine maintenance of gates, boundary fencing, windows and other steel works as per by deploying one blacksmith(class-2) with helper with T&P requirement of site and instructions of Engineer-in-charge.

Daily sweeping and cleaning of roads, road berms, premises outside building portion including disposal of sweeping material/sludge/rubbish/garbage & dead small animals etc. to the dustbin/dhalaoo for all lead and lift by deploying two safai-karamchari with T&P complete as per direction by engineer-in-charge.

Deployment of semi skill personnel to assist allottees by demonstrating the sample flat, providing basic details about flats and to assist allottees for inspection of these allotted flat before & after handover and taking feedbacks and complaints if any pending in allotted flat and supervising the complaints..
