Providing and retrofitting of following rating FP EDO ACBs installed in existing LT Panel at substation with all suitable accessories, pre-fabricated (factory cut) Aluminum Bus Bar/links to cater connections with existing Bus-bar, Bus – Bar supports, replacement of Panel front door made of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet steel of ACB feeder along with replacement of Multifunction meter, LED indication lamps, sleeves, gasket, suitable modification in control wiring etc. including testing & commissioning of system and dismantling of existing ACBs, complete as per technical specifications and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge. The specifications of ACBs are as under:- i) Microprocessor release. ii) Fault breaking capacity 65/50 KA (Ics=lcu=Icw for 1.0 secs). iii) Electrical Draw Out Motorized operated, fitted with interlocked door, automatic safety shutters, mechanical ON / OFF and service/ test/ isolated position indicators, operational counter and frame earthing contact. iv) Conforming to IEC/IS-60947-2 1993 as amended up-to-date. v) Independent Electrical & manual spring closing mechanism. vi) Microprocessor release for adjustable over current (Phase & neutral), earth fault & short circuit protection. vii) Shunt trip coil & under voltage coil suitable with 24V DC / 220V AC supply, Breaker Control Switch - 16A, Test terminal block set, circuits as per standard practice, auxiliary contacts (minimum 4NO+4NC) for positive interlocking of the breakers, necessary interlocking with existing PLC/ auto controls. viii) All protection i/e Earth fault, Under/Over Voltage, Under/Over Frequency, Current & Voltage Unbalance, etc. ix) Real-time stamping, On-screen display of measurements, Current : phase / neutral / earth, average, max & % loading, Voltage : Phase, Line & Average. Power and Energy : active, reactive & total, Frequency, Power Factor, Maximum Demand, temperature and with communication port facility etc. Complete as per technical specifications.
