Supply, install, testing and commissioning, factory assembled silent diesel Engine driven generating set, fully wired alternator AC to give an output of 320 KVA/ 256 KW continuously rating at a PF of 0.8 lagging, 415 Volts AC 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz +/-1% supply, 1500 RPM, directly coupled with diesel engine specification complying BS 5514, ISO 3046 , IS 1460 , ISO 9001 , ISO 8528 & IS 13018.DG Set shall be water cooled mounted on Channel section iron common base frame with AC Alternator complete with fuel tank provided within canopy on base frame (Service tank) of adequate capacity with fuel line and accessories, including PCC /RCC foundation work as per manufacturer instructions, vibration and damper pads (AVM), control panel and other accessories etc and comprising of the following:- (I) Engine :- (a) HS Diesel driven 6/8 cylinder, in-line 4 stroke, radiator cooled with blower fan engine and fully controlled by Electronic Engine control module (b) Air handling system with dry type, Replaceable paper element air cleaner with restriction indicator & Air to air aftercooler

(c) Turbocharger, electrical lift pump for faster response (d) Fuel injection pump system with electronic governing (e) Dual fuel filter system: Pre & main filter including water separator and Water in Fuel sensor. (f) Integral set-mounted radiator system, designed for 50°C ambient temperature ƒƒ (g) Full flow spin on lube oil filter ƒƒwith plate type lube oil cooler. (h) 1 No of 12 V 130 AH DC lead acid batteries having 4 year warrenty with terminals and cables. (III) DG Control Panel :- (a) Control panel is made up of 14/16 gauge CRCA sheet and is powder coated for weather-proof consists of the following parts :- (a) Micro processor based DG Controller module. (b) Aluminum bus bars with suitable capacity with incoming/ outgoing terminals ƒƒ (c) Indicating lamps for ‘Load ON’ and ‘Set Running’ ƒƒ. (d) Instrument fuses duly wired and ferruled ƒƒ. (e) MCCB of suitable rating with overload and short circuit protections. (IV) DG controller :- (i) Microprocessor based generator Controller system to set monitoring, metering and control system with LCD display such as the following parameters:- Control System : Digital AVR, Digital electronic governing & Remote start-stop ƒƒ Engine metering: : Oil pressure, Coolant temperature, Battery voltage, Engine speed ƒƒ Alternator metering : Line to Line Voltage and Line to Nutrel Voltage, Current (single and 3 phase), Volt-Amperes (phase and total) and Frequency. ƒƒ

Engine protection: Low lube oil pressure, High/Low coolant temperature, Over speed, Bty Over/Under/Weak Volts, Fail to crank/ start, Sensor failure. ƒƒ AC Alternator protection : Over/Under voltage, Over/ Under frequency, Over current, Short circuit and Loss of AC sensing. ƒƒ Data logging: Engine hours, Control hours, Engine starts and upto 10 recent fault codes , 12 /24 Volt DC operation ƒƒ Sleep mode. (V) Silencer :-Silencer suitably optimized to meet stringent noise emission standards laid down by MoEF / CPCB(V) Mounting Arrangement and Fuel tank :-Engine and alternator are mounted on a common MS fabricated base frame with AVM pads. ƒƒ Base frame with integral fuel tank having storage capacity not less than 8 hrs factory made HR/MS Sheet of suitable thickness is provided with drain plug, air vent, inlet and outlet connection, level indicator and provision for cleaning (VI) AMF Panel :- Microprocessor / Relay based padestal mounted indoor use AMF control panel of suitable rating made up of 3 mm thick CRCA Sheet steel enclosure duly painted with power coated double contactor type for mains and alternator with necessary aluminium bas bar for 3 phase, 4 wire system incl necessary relays, timer, fuses, interconnection copper cabling work incl fixing on floors by grouting, PCC work complete.

(VII) Acoustic Enclosure :- (i) Designed to meet stringent MoEF/ CPCB norms of 75 dBA @ 1 Mtr at 75% load under free field conditions. ƒƒ (ii) The acoustic enclosure is made of CRCA sheets as per OEM shade and a structural/ sheet metal base frame painted in black ƒƒ (iii) High quality noise absorbant and fire-retardant grade acoustic insulation material (PU Foam) complying to IS 8183 ƒƒ (iv) Two point / base lifting for easy handling at site (v) Air inlet louvers designed to operate at rated load ƒƒ (vi) UV resistant powder coating of all parts to withstand extreme environment (vii) Fluid drains for lube oil and fuel ƒƒ (viii) Fuel filling arrangement inside the enclosure (ix) Inside illumination - 01 No - LED fitting of suitable capacity. (VIII) First fill of Lubricants, Coolant & Fuel :-(i) First fill of oil, coolant as per OEM recommendations and diesel during testing for 12 hrs as per CA provn. Note : a) PCC foundation for DG Set will be measured and paid seperately under relevent item of this schedule.The following items are deemed to be included in the rate quoted for all DG sets:- (i)DHPP for testing purpose shall be supplied by the contractor without any extra cost to Department.

(ii)The contractor shall arrange for artificial load (water load/Electrical load) for testing for final testing of DG Set at site and the cost is deemed to be including in above offer. (iii) Testing of sound level should carried out at the site in presence of Engineer-in-Charge(iv) One set of latest Spare part catalogue with price, exploded view of parts and user's manual are deemed to be included in the offer. (v)All civil works including foundation for DG Set as per manufacturer's drawing/ specification, foundation for AMF panel . (vi)The rate quoted is deemed to be included for initial filling of radiator coolant and lubricating oil upto level

Excavation in trenches 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc 1.5 Mtr deep and getting out in hard/dense soil levelling of bottom surface to required level for laying UG cable/errection of poles complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc 1.5 Mtr deep and getting out in soft/disintegrated rock levelling of bottom surface to required level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches by cutting of road crossing/PCC hard standing, under boundary wall for laying of pipe/cable including making good the existing surface with same finish to match the original finish complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material of soils from site to a distance not exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed not exc 1.5mtr from the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supplying & Laying in trenches Clear Sand for cushioning under ground cable 8 cm below and 15 cm above complete all as specified and directed. Note: Punned thickness only will be measured and paid.

Supplying & Laying precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm in trenches for cable protection to under ground cable complete complete all as specified and directed,

Supply and laying UG LT Cable XLPE insulated heavy duty armoured sheathed 1100 volts grade of cross sectional area 120 Sq mm, 3.5 core, with aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS : 7098( Part-1) along with suitable size aluminium cable lugs, gland,clamps if required and jointed in any description complete all as specified.

M & L for Earthing complete with copper earth plate, electrode, 600 x 600 x 3.15 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) connected to Copper strip size 32 x 3 mm thick dia by means of nuts, bolts, & washers of GI as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Part-I Connected to earthing test point all as specified and including necessary earth pit PCC 1:3:6 chanber be 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 chamber cover with 6mm dia mild steel reinforcement of 10 cm c/c spacing both ways in lieu of CI cover , watering arrangement shall be made with GI pipe light grade of 20mm dia including funnel and protection to earth lead shall be provided with GI pipe light grade 32 mm dia unto 7.5 from the earth plate electrode & refilling of soil etc including necessary excavation & earth work in any strata and PCC chamber all as specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge.

M&L for Trial bore of 200 mm dia upto 200 mtr depth below ground level in any kind of soil strata including hard stone /boulder etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note :- Each trail of bore will be measured)

M&L for development of trial bore by reaming-up upto 200/250 mm for 60 RM from ground level including casing pipe of 200 mm dia and diagonal thickness thickness 8 mm and pea gravel all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for fixing of MS reducer, bail plug, well cap ,MS strip for centring, MS iron clamp, electric logging and sample strata box including 100 mm PCC thickness around the borewell minimum 2m radious complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for development of tubewell with compressed air and after with 25% extra capacity pump by pumping muddy water all as specified and directed.

M&L for Yield test for borewell by continously pumping for 16 hrs to determine safe pumping yield all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix GI column pipe medium grade ISI marked of size 40 mm bore each of 3 mtr length and both end flanged including making cut mark in flanges for smooth lowering into the tubewell alongwith suitable size nuts, bolts and washers etc,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix PVC insulated & PVC sheathed industrial cable for submersible pump motors, flat three core of nominal area of conductor 2.5 sqmm,1100 Volts, conforming to IS: 694 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Laying, testing and commisioning Submersible pump, electric driven 415 V, Three phase suitable for 200 mm dia borewell (casing pipe size 200 mm), discharge minimum 2 LPS at a head of 100-120 Mtr (Motor capacity should not be less than 3 HP) complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying in trenches CPVC Tubings SDR 13.5 pipes & plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings with all fitting and fixtures laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed of the following sizes :-

(a) 40 mm bore

(b) 25 mm bore

Supplying and fixing CPVC Ball valve 25-40 mm bore with all fitting and fixtures complete all as specified and directed

Supply and laying under ground LT Cable XLPE insulated heavy duty armoured sheathed 1100 volts grade of cross sectional area 16 Sq mm, 4 core, with aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS : 7098( Part-1) along with suitable size aluminium cable lugs, gland if required and jointed in any description complete all as specified.

S & F in repairs LT junction box suitable for 1100 Volt grade outdoor type, single door, pedestal mounted, overall size not less than 600 x 600 x 450 mm, including 63 Amps MCB incomming , indicating lamps and submersible pump starter installation with protection from single phasing / overload condition / Phase reversal / phase unbalanced 6-10 HP , relay range 13-21 Amp , dust and vermin proof & lockable, factory made, fabricated out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet , LT danger notice board fixed on door on both side, with independent plates at bottom for each out going and in coming cables in cable alley and painted with powder coating in Siemens grey colour and incl Angle iron base frame as reqd size as per above panel, total leg height 900 mm and grouting in side PCC 150 mm legs and made out of ISA 4040, 40 x 40 x 6 mm thick angle iron duly painted - 01 No.all as approved and as directed.

Supply and fix Brass Swing type Non return Valve including union, nipple of 50 mm dia including fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix LT overhead lines on 9 meter PCC/RCC poles with XLPE insulated AB cable 3-core X 70 sq mm + 1-core x 50 sq mm including clamps, nut, bolt, washers and all fitting complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. Note:- Quoted rate inclusive of cleaning of vegetation and tree branches upto any girth for laying of cable work.

M & L for new RCC poles of 9 metres long having cross sectional area 102 mm x 152 mm at top and 102 mm x 289 mm at bottom, class 11 all as directed. (Note : Earth work and PCC will be measured and paid separtely under relevent itme of this schedule) Note:- Quoted rate inclusive of cleaning of vegetation and tree branches upto any girth for errection of RCC Poles.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate including use and waste of form work of concrete for any description complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate including use and waste of form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for surveying of land and checking of water availibility in ground by Local body complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Survey report of water availability must be submitted by the contractor and expected point of drill will be whole responsibility of contractor.

M & L for earthing complete with GI earth plate 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground/ earth pit not less than 2.25M below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5M below ground level connected to 32x6mm GI Strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electric plate No.5 of MES SSR Part I connected to earthing test point, testing complete including necessary earth pit PCC 1: 3: 6 chamber with CI cover refilling of soil etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
